2026 Patigi Archdeaconry Children Holiday Camp – A Glorious Success
The Patigi Archdeaconry Children Holiday Camp of the Diocese of Jebba came to a glorious conclusion on Sunday, 23rd August 2026, with a thanksgiving service and the joyful presentation of the children at the altar.
Held under the inspiring theme, “Little Children & God’s Kingdom” (Mark 10:13–16), the camp was a wonderful time of teaching, worship, fellowship, prayer, and spiritual growth. The programme emphasized the importance of bringing children closer to Christ and raising them to know, love, and serve God from an early age.
We sincerely appreciate the leadership and commitment of Mrs. Charity Chinonso Chikwendu, Children Coordinator, and Rev’d MP Godson C. & Mrs. Chiamaka H. Okafor, Patigi Archdeaconry Coordinators, for their dedication and service towards making the camp a success. We also appreciate the support and spiritual leadership of The Rt. Rev’d Dr. O. A. & Mrs. O. Aderogba, Bishop of Jebba Diocese, whose commitment to the spiritual development of children continues to be a blessing.
The camp ended with hearts full of gratitude as the children were presented at the altar, committing their lives and future into God’s hands. We believe that the seeds of God’s Word planted in their hearts will grow and produce lasting fruit for His Kingdom.
Indeed, it was a huge success, and we return all the glory, honour, and praise to God. May He continue to use the Church to raise godly children for His Kingdom.
