*PERSONAL PRAYER*

When I remember that Kenneth Hagin's kids would leave their praying Daddy for school in the morning and return in the evening, to meet him still praying?!! 😭. They take dinner, he is still praying, and they go to bed leaving him still in prayer. 😭Arghhhh! I am PRAYERLESS OOOOOO

When I remember that T. L Osborn locked himself in a room and prayed for 36 days stretch Arghhhh, I agree I am PRAYERLESS OOOOOO 😭

When I remember that Apostle Ayodele Babalola's shortest prayers lasted 3-4 hours. That they called him to come and pray for a TV station and he prayed in tongues for 3 days stretch, kaiiiiii 🔥 🔥 HE LOST CONTROL!!!! That he held crusades outside the country, yet never travelled by air or land but used to disappear at will? . When I remember that this was a man that could pray for 52 days stretch kaiiiiii 🔥🔥, I agree, I am PRAYERLESS OOOOOO 😭😪

When I remember that a satanist was flying in the sky and he saw a very large wall of fire blocking his way and he sent a demon to find out what the problem was, but the demon never came back, he sent another one, the same story 🤷, eventually he summoned satan and asked him what the problem was, and satan told him, " that's Kumuyi praying, even me I can't go there" 😫Arghhhh even SATAN was afraid?!!! I am PRAYERLESS OOOOOO 😭

When I remember that John Carbine of Geneva, Switzerland, prayed for Geneva so much that there is no home in Geneva without a prayer warrior, haa! he gave them a generational disease, PRAYEEEEEERRRR🔥🔥 How many generations have you affected sir/ma? 😭😭

When I remember that John Knox's prayer affected Scotland so much that 10 years after his death, there were no beer parlours in Scotland. Haaaa, sir/ma, how many nation's have you conquered 😭😭

When I remember that W. F Kumuyi went to Edo state and saw a demonic tree, he told the state Overseer that how can you be here and the kingdom of darkness is prevailing here, as soon as he said that and they left the tree, the tree caught live FIREEEE🔥😭😭 indeed I am PRAYERLESS OOOOOO

Without His Spirit, whatever type of freedom or liberty you think you have is just Servitude in disguise.

Christ gave Himself willingly, for the redemption and salvation of mankind, by His death on the cross. What a love that is. He was humiliated, mocked, punished and died so that you and I would have life and that in abundance.
But in respect of all that he did for us, what did we pay Him back with, carelessness, arrogance, I don't care attitudes, etc.
Brethren, as we remember His death and resurrection, let us please look deep within us, are we living our lives to His glory? are we living up to the His standards? Are we really pleasing Him?

"Orpah kissed her mother-in-law; but Ruth clave unto her."
Ruth 1:14

Both of them had an affection for Naomi, and therefore set out with her upon her return to the land of Judah. But the hour of test came; Naomi most unselfishly set before each of them the trials which awaited them, and bade them if they cared for ease and comfort to return to their Moabitish friends. At first both of them declared that they would cast in their lot with the Lord's people; but upon still further consideration Orpah with much grief and a respectful kiss left her mother in law, and her people, and her God, and went back to her idolatrous friends, while Ruth with all her heart gave herself up to the God of her mother in law. It is one thing to love the ways of the Lord when all is fair, and quite another to cleave to them under all discouragements and difficulties. The kiss of outward profession is very cheap and easy, but the practical cleaving to the Lord, which must show itself in holy decision for truth and holiness, is not so small a matter. How stands the case with us, is our heart fixed upon Jesus, is the sacrifice bound with cords to the horns of the altar? Have we counted the cost, and are we solemnly ready to suffer all worldly loss for the Master's sake? The after gain will be an abundant recompense, for Egypt's treasures are not to be compared with the glory to be revealed. Orpah is heard of no more; in glorious ease and idolatrous pleasure her life melts into the gloom of death; but Ruth lives in history and in heaven, for grace has placed her in the noble line whence sprung the King of kings. Blessed among women shall those be who for Christ's sake can renounce all; but forgotten and worse than forgotten shall those be who in the hour of temptation do violence to conscience and turn back unto the world. O that this morning we may not be content with the form of devotion, which may be no better than Orpah's kiss, but may the Holy Spirit work in us a cleaving of our whole

We told you about the power of our Lord Jesus Christ. We told you about his coming. The things we told you were not just clever stories that people invented. No, we saw the greatness of Jesus with our own eyes.

When it comes to scientifically discovering the nature of the fundamental existential situation we find ourselves in as human beings we are in a decidedly unfavorable position. The universe we live within is like a box that contains us and that prevents us from directly experiencing who or what set up the box in the first place. In order to directly experience that, it would be necessary for us to exit the box in some way in order to discover what lies behind it all. This, of course, is not possible.

Given the inability of science to answer our most fundamental questions, religion and faith must step in to do the job. Even philosophical apologetics cannot help us, because all it can do is make arguments in defense of religious positions that have already been accepted by faith. We are dependent, then, upon religion and faith whether we want to be or not. In this regard, there are two basic religious options that people can choose from. We can accept divine revelation or we can accept human religious speculation � pagan, pantheistic, or secular speculation.

The Apostle Peter rejected the second of these options. From his point of view, they are nothing more than "clever stories that people invented." The Apostle Paul goes even farther and bluntly identifies the spiritual motivation behind these stories. He says they are the "teaching of demons" (I Timothy 4:1). After all, if divine revelation from outside the universe is rejected there is no other alternative other than human speculation from inside the universe that is inspired by deceiving demons who know better.

Peter accepted the first option. He rejected the clever stories and accepted Jesus Christ as a true revelation of God, the source and origin of the universe. He saw the
