KINGDOM FINANCES

DREAM FOR THE WORLD.

*Genesis 41:56–57 (KJV):* And the famine was over all the face of the earth: and Joseph opened all the storehouses, and sold unto the Egyptians; and the famine waxed sore in the land of Egypt. And all countries came into Egypt to Joseph for to buy corn; because that the famine was so sore in all lands.

The uniqueness of Joseph's story lies in the fact that when he interpreted Pharaoh's dream, its impact extended beyond Egypt to the entire world. As our theme scripture reveals, the famine affected the whole earth, and countries came to Egypt to buy corn.

Let’s bring this discussion into the present day.

Elon Musk, currently one of the wealthiest individuals in the world, has a dream to make humans an interplanetary species. This is bold, ambitious, and, most importantly, has global implications.

Facebook, for example, has about 3.07 billion active users, while the Christian faith comprises approximately 2.4 billion adherents. This means that one man's company influences more people than the entire Christian faith.

However, the church of Christ often avoids engaging in such discussions—discussions on how to influence and transform the world on a global scale.

Many Christians view wealth merely as a means to solve personal or family problems rather than as a tool to impact the world. With such a limited mindset, Kingdom finances and divine provision cannot be fully understood or embraced.

Believers must learn to dream for the world. When you seek God for an idea, allow Him to give you one that impacts nations. Why? Because there is a law in the spirit that naturally favours individuals with such visions. Hallelujah!

IN DEED AND IN WORDS

*Romans 2:21(KJV):* Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?

In our theme scripture, Paul poses a fundamental question that calls for serious reflection.

Are you the kind of believer who speaks the Word and teaches it to others but fails to apply it in your own life?

Understand that when people approve you as genuine, it is not merely because what you say is true. Many believers speak the truths of scripture, yet lack the power to influence those around them or the people they minister to.

You must embody what you speak or teach. This is what truly validates you in the hearts of men.

If you teach about healing, you must heal the sick. If you teach about soul-winning, you must be a soul winner. If you instruct others on the biblical principles of giving, you must be a giver. Hallelujah!

YOUR SPOUSE WEAKNESSES

*1 Corinthians 13:4 (KJV):* Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

As a married couple, one of the key truths you must settle in your heart is that neither of you has the power to change the other.

There will be habits of your spouse that require you to exercise patience while God works on them.

For instance, if your spouse does not behave in the manner you expect—such as not praying as you would want them to—it is your responsibility to focus on doing your part: pray.

Do not allow yourself to become overly consumed by your partner's weaknesses; doing so is a sign of immaturity. Some people are so fixated on their spouse's shortcomings that they fail to see anything else worth preserving in their marriage.

Refusing to let yourself be consumed by these weaknesses will help you in two significant ways: It will make forgiveness much easier and it will aid your healing when you are hurt.

The change in your spouse may take time—perhaps a year, five years, ten years, or even twenty years. But if you have settled in your heart that it is God’s responsibility, not yours, to change them, He will grant you joy and a peace that surpasses all understanding.

Always remember: you only have power over yourself, not over your spouse. Let God handle them and bring about the changes He deems necessary. Regardless of their state, God remains faithful. Hallelujah!

2025 OUR YEAR OF ENLARGED VISION

A GREATER COVENANT

*2 Corinthians 3:7-8 (KJV):* But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious?

The old covenant had its own glory, as seen in the marvelous works performed by the great men and women of old.

For example, Joshua commanded the sun and moon to stand still (Joshua 10:12–13). Moses parted the sea (Exodus 14:21–22), and struck a rock to bring forth water (Numbers 20:11). Elijah commanded the rain to cease (1 Kings 17:1), and Elisha caused an axe head to float (2 Kings 6:1–6).

These men, operating under an inferior covenant, still manifested the glory of God.

But the Bible poses this question: How shall not the ministration of the Spirit, the covenant under which we are, be more glorious?

The Bible also reveals that Abraham saw the day of Christ and rejoiced (John 8:56). Why did he rejoice? Because, despite the great things God accomplished through him, he understood that those who would come after him under the New Covenant would be better, wiser, and greater.

This truth should shape the prayer life of every believer.

Approach God with the consciousness that you are called to do even greater works than Elijah, Moses, Joshua, and all the great men of old. This is the essence of the New Covenant. Hallelujah!

2025 OUR YEAR OF ENLARGED VISION

DREAMS AND ITS IMPLICATIONS

*2 Corinthians 11:14 (KJV):* And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Not all dreams are from God. Some people place undue significance on every dream they have, mistakenly believing that every dream must be divinely inspired. As a result, some have broken marriages, abandoned business partners, or rejected godly opportunities because of dreams.

Before interpreting a dream, you must first discern whether it is from God, from the devil, or simply the product of a busy mind.

God has spoken to men through dreams on many occasions. For example, He spoke to Abimelech in a dream (Genesis 20:3), to Joseph (Matthew 2:13), and in Acts 2:17, He promises that old men will dream dreams.

However, the Bible also says in Ecclesiastes 5:3 that dreams can come through the multitude of business. Similarly, in Isaiah 29:8, the Bible describes a hungry man dreaming that he is eating and a thirsty man dreaming that he is drinking. This demonstrates how the preoccupations of the mind can manifest as dreams.

An example of a dream from the devil can be found in Job 4:13–21. A spirit appeared to Eliphaz. He recounted and said, "In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men, Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake. Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up..."

This spirit in Eliphaz's dream even imparted counsel, but it was not from God. Our theme scripture reveals that the devil can transform himself into an angel of light. This deception can also occur in dreams, misleading the undiscerning.

Before seeking interpretation, discern. Allow the Holy Spirit within you to reveal the source of the dream. Once you know the source, you will know how to proceed. Hallelujah!

*GOLDEN NUGGET:* Before interpreting a dream, you must first discern whether it is from God, from the devil, or simply the product of a busy mind.

*PRAYER:* Loving Father, I thank You for this word. Thank You that my dream world is not only active but also consecrated. The devil has no control over my dreams—only You do. I have the wisdom to discern the source of my dreams and respond according to Your guidance. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

ARISE AND WALK

*Genesis 13:15-17(KJV):* For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever. And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered. Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.

When God told Abraham to arise and walk, this was not a physical but a spiritual arising and walking. When Abraham did so, He saw the world and became the father of all nations.

If you are the seed of Abraham, then you must know how to follow his pattern.

One of the fundamental truths about walking in the spirit is that one can not walk and not talk.

What does this mean?

To arise and walk is to see by the eyes of faith that God has given you Africa, Asia, America, Australia, and all the nations of the world and speak this truth with your lips. A man who walks in the spirit will declare, “Lord I thank You because You have given me the nations of the world, I am an influence, a force of change, and an engine of transformation. Everywhere I step, the ground knows and recognises me for who I am. It yields its substance to me and opens its doors for my dreams and ministry.”

That is walking. It is not enough to see by faith, you must know how to talk because speaking completes this equation.

Today, I urge you to examine your life and ask God what you must see. When He gives you the vision, start to walk with your lips. Walk to what the next five or ten years will look like. Walk to how the generation to come will read your legacy and how the systems of this world will make a way for you. Walk!

*GOLDEN NUGGET:* One of the fundamental truths about walking in the spirit is that one can not walk and not talk. You must know how to talk because speaking completes this equation.

*PRAYER:* Loving Father, I thank You for this truth. I thank You for this great liberty You have availed me as Your child. It is by this same liberty that I declare that I am a success, the ages to come advantage me, I am changing my nation and the entire world for Your glory. I live in an atmosphere of greatness, abundance, and constant increase, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
