Proverbs 20:18
Every purpose is established by counsel and with good advice make war.

The establishment of a purpose is what makes it known.
In fact, the knowing of a purpose is useless without its fulfillment.

Samson knew his purpose, he worked on it but never fulfilled it.

Apostle Paul discovered his purpose, he worked on it, and celebrated it and fulfilled it.

That is why he can boldly say that he has fought a good fight, and he finished his course, he kept the faith
