*"O YE MAN OF NO EXCUSE"*
Everything is in the Bible—What excuse do you have?
Sometimes, we say, "I didn’t know it was a sin". But beloved, the Bible is our guide. Even Moses, when God called him, tried to use his stammering as an excuse, saying, "O Lord, I am not eloquent... I am slow of speech and a slow tongue" (Exodus 4:10). But God knew this before He chose him.
Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden when God explicitly warned them not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Genesis 2:16-17). Yet, when they disobeyed, they blamed the serpent for deceiving them (Genesis 3:13). Were they not warned?
Similarly, we, as Christians today, often make excuses even when we know better. Apostle Paul addressed this, saying, "Therefore you are inexcusable, O man" (Romans 2:1).
