MAJLIS KHUDDAM-UL-AHMADIYYA IWO DIL’A PROMOTES ROAD SAFETY THROUGH VOLUNTARY TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICE

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria, Iwo Dil’a, successfully carried out a voluntary traffic control service on Tuesday, 26th May 2026 at Odo Ori Market Junction, Iwo, Osun State.

The exercise commenced around 5:00pm and lasted for two hours.
The exercise was led by Bro. Jimoh Abdulganiy, the Acting Dil’a Qaid, Iwo.

The service was aimed at ensuring smooth transportation during the Ileya festive period by promoting road safety, reducing traffic congestion, and supporting orderly vehicular movement within the area.

Members actively controlled traffic, assisted road users, and ensured peaceful coordination at the junction. The exercise received cooperation and appreciation from members of the public, motorists, and traders around the area.

With 3 members of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Iwo Dil’a, and Missionary Abdulfatai Tijani participating in the exercise, the program was peaceful, successful, and beneficial to the society.

IWO DIL'A ORGANISED A PROFOUND EXPLORATION OF LEARNING, BROTHERHOOD, AND COMMUNAL CELEBRATION ON ATFAL DAY

The grand finale of this year's Atfal Day Celebration took place in Iwo Town, Iwo Local Government Area of Osun State on the 24th day of May, 2026. The celebration was remarkable, nourishing and a true reflection of the theme, "How to be a Source of Joy to the Parents, Community and the World", and was designed to inspire learning, strengthen brotherhood, and nurture a spirit of collective celebration among members of the Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya, Iwo Dil'a.

The day commenced with an educative excursion to the Rabsih Imec Nigeria Limited (Mogaji Engineering Factory) at Isalẹ Ọba, Iwo, Osun State aroun 9:30 am. This visit provided the Aftal with a comprehensive learning experience as they walked through the entire large factory site from beginning to end. Among the modern instruments shown to them were the rice milling machines, pole-making machines, iron machines, agricultural machines, which could be found in the factory amongst several others. Part of the entourage of the excursion were two missionaries of the Jamma't (Missionary Tajudeen Mutahir and Missionary Abdulfatai Tijani)who were also thrilled to witness the equipment and facilities shown to the Atfal at the factory.

The Atfal also used the opportunity to visit the most beautiful and largest mosque in the city of Iwo sited in the premises of the factory, which was built in 2019 by Alhaji Idris Fasasi Mogaji— the Chief Executive Officer of the company, and the Atfal were so excited to see the aesthetics of the mosque.

Thereafter, a visitation was made to the centre of the city where the symbol of Iwo, Odidere bird, is located at the heart of the city and they were happy to take pictures in front of the edifice.

Afterwards, the programme transitioned into a scholarly symposium and the colourful event was chaired by the Iwo Circuit President Mr. Oyeniran Isiaka Adeboye where He delivered the welcome address, and we were delighted to witness the “Delights of Eyes,” Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya Iwo Dil‘a. He warmly welcomed everyone and congratulated them on the occasion of the Atfal Day Celebration 2026.

The Opening Qur’an was beautifully recited by Tifl Abdullah Abdul Rahman, after which the Atfal Pledge was led by Tifl Akinroye Ashrof.

In continuation, the welcome address was delivered by the Acting Dil'a Qaid, Bro. Jimoh Abdulganiy Sahib, who formally welcomed all dignitaries and participants and outlined the objectives of the symposium in line with the 2026 Atfal Day theme: “How to Be a Source of Joy to Our Parents, Community, and the World.”

Subsequently, a goodwill message on behalf of the MKAN Osun State Qaid, Mr. Adejumo Abdul Hafeez, was delivered by Missionary Alausa Jalailudeen Tobi, Naib Muhtamim Tahrik-e-Jadid, MKA Nigeria. In his remarks, he commended the Atfal for their active participation and encouraged them to remain steadfast in discipline, service to humanity, and moral excellence.

Following this, a detailed report of activities was presented by Bro. Abdulmujeeb Tadese, who highlighted the various programmes undertaken during the Atfal Day celebration, including welfare visitations, Waqar-e-Amal, Tabligh Walk, and the educational excursion. His report provided a comprehensive overview of the impact and success of the activities.

A major highlight of the session was the keynote address delivered by Tifl Oyeniran Ridwanullahi, a member of Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya Iwo Dil'a and a student of Madrasatul Tahfeedhil Qur’an Ahmadiyya Nigeria. In his presentation, he expanded on the theme with practical illustrations, encouraging Atfal to embody good conduct, spiritual devotion, obedience to parents, respect for elders, engaging in community services and academic excellence as pathways to positive societal impact.

There were words of encouragement from two of the elders present at the symposium who lauded the efforts of the Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, Iwo Dil'a, for the outstanding display of the Atfal. They also prayed earnestly for them and their parents.

Quiz competition and spelling bee competition was held between Atfal that are in secondary school level and they were able to learn and gained a lot from it.

The session was brought to an end with the closing prayer led by the Circuit Missionary, Missionary Abdul Ghaniy Abdul Azeez.

Among the dignitaries present at the programme were Mr. Alabi T.O., President of Idi Omo Jama’at; Alhaji Prince Tadese Abdullateef; Mr. Adepoju Mikail, Nazim Ansarullah Iwo Dil‘a; Ustaz Abdul Hakeem Ibiyemi, GS Iwo Circuit; Ustaz Nafiu Tajudeen; and respected missionaries, Tajudeen Mutahir and Abdulfatai Tijani, among others.

The Atfal Day Celebration concluded with a warm and compassionate departure, as the Atfal left with hearts filled with inspiration and a renewed commitment to the principles they explored throughout the day.

With a total of 31 and 10 dedicated handlers, the program was a resounding success.

AHMADIYYA CHILDREN CONDUCT TABLIGH WALK DURING 2026 ATFAL DAY CELEBRATION

As part of the activities marking the 2026 Atfal Day Celebration, members of Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria, Iwo Dil'a, conducted a Tabligh Walk on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Ile Oba Junction, Telemu, Iwo, Osun State.

The exercise, which ran concurrently with the sanitation activity, involved a road procession through the community aimed at sensitising the public on the importance of moral reformation, civic responsibility, and community development.

The programme also featured a brief 10-minute lecture on the theme of the 2026 Atfal Day celebration: “How to Be a Source of Joy to Our Parents, Community, and the World.” The lecture was delivered by Tajudeen Sultan, who highlighted the significance of obedience to parents, kindness to humanity, discipline, and active participation in constructive societal engagement.

The Tabligh Walk served as a practical demonstration of the Ahmadiyya Muslim children’s commitment to peaceful outreach, moral training, and service to humanity in line with Islamic teachings.

AHMADIYYA CHILDREN ORGANISE WAQAR-E-AMAL AS PART OF 2026 ATFAL DAY CELEBRATION

As part of the scheduled activities for the 2026 Atfal Day Celebration, members of Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya and Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria (MKAN), Iwo Dil'a, organised a Waqar-e-Amal exercise on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Ile Oba Junction, Telemu, Osun State.

The exercise, which lasted for thirty (30) minutes, was aimed at instilling the values of discipline, dignity of labour, environmental cleanliness, teamwork, and selfless service among the participating Atfal and Khuddam.

During the programme, participants carried out environmental sanitation and other community service activities geared towards promoting a cleaner and healthier environment for members of the community. The Atfal displayed commendable enthusiasm, responsibility, and cooperation throughout the exercise.

A total of twelve (12) Atfal and five (5) Khuddam participated in the Waqar-e-Amal programme. Missionary Tajudeen, a missionary serving in Telemu, also participated in the exercise, further encouraging the participants and supporting the objectives of the programme.

The exercise served as a practical demonstration of the Islamic teachings on hard work, social responsibility, and service to humanity, which are core values continuously promoted by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

Alhamdulillah, the programme was successfully conducted and left a positive impact on both the participants and members of the surrounding community.

AHMADIYYA MUSLIM CHILDREN BRING HOPE AND COMPASSION TO MOTHERLESS HOME

The Iwo Dil'a Atfal recently brought hope and compassion to the Free The Child (FTC) Margaret Home, a motherless home in Iwo, Osun State, Nigeria, on May 22, 2026, as part of activities marking the 2026 Atfal Day celebration.

In a heartwarming display of empathy and humanitarian service, members of Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya Iwo Dil'a visited the motherless home to provide emotional support, essential resources, and joy to the children and caretakers of the home.

Bro. Abdulmujeeb Tadese, Motamad of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria (MKAN), Iwo Dil'a, presented an overview of the organisation’s multifaceted activities, including the National Convention, blood donation drives, peace rides, anti-crime initiatives, welfare visitations, tree-planting projects, and other community-focused programmes.

During the visitation, the children’s wing of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community engaged with the children through interactions filled with stories and laughter while also donating vital supplies, including food items and beverages. Words of encouragement and emotional support were also shared, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

Mama Adisa, the head of the motherless home, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community for the compassionate visit and generous gesture. She also commended specific members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Iwo Circuit for their consistent and unwavering support, acknowledging their continuous monthly assistance and dedication to the motherless home.

A team of fifteen (15) Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya members and seven (7) Khuddam, led by the Acting Dil'a Qaid, Bro. Jimoh Abdulganiy Sahib, carried out the benevolent visitation programme.

This selfless initiative reflects the values of compassion, service, and humanity upheld by Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya. By showing kindness to those in need and providing essential support, the Ahmadiyya children demonstrated their commitment to making a positive impact in society.

ATFAL OF IWO DIL'A VISIT THE AGED DURING 2026 ATFAL DAY CELEBRATION

As part of the welfare visitation activities for the 2026 Atfal Day celebration, members of Majlis Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya Iwo Dil'a also paid a visitation to an elderly member of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at, Mrs. Sikirat Thanni.

During the visitation, the Atfal interacted warmly with her and offered prayers for her well-being. A Tifl (Abdul Hakeem Abdul Malik) from among the Atfal of Iwo Dil'a led the prayer session, which brought joy and comfort to her.

Mrs. Sikirat Thanni expressed heartfelt appreciation for the thoughtful visit and prayers offered by the children. She was highly delighted by the gesture and prayed for Almighty Allah’s blessings upon the Atfal and the Jama’at.

MKAN IWO DIL'A STARTS ITS 2026 ATFAL DAY CELEBRATION WITH A ONE-ON-ONE CONVERSATION WITH THE MOTAMAD OF IWO DIL'A

As part of the activities lined up for the 2026 Atfal Day Celebration of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria (MKAN), Iwo Dil'a, a one-on-one interview session was conducted with the Motamad of Iwo Dil'a, Bro. Abdulmujeeb Tadese, to enlighten members and the general public about the programme.

During the interview, Bro. Abdulmujeeb Tadese explained the theme of this year’s Atfal Day celebration, which is: “How to Be a Source of Joy to Our Parents, Community, and the World.” He emphasized the importance of good morals, obedience to parents, kindness, and community service among Atfal.

He also highlighted the major activities scheduled for the celebration, including the welfare visitation to the Free The Child (FTC) Margaret Home, visitation to the aged, Waqar-e-Amal, symposium, road procession, quiz competition, sports activities, and excursion.

Furthermore, he explained the purpose of the welfare visitation and the significance of the Waqar-e-Amal programme in teaching Atfal discipline, teamwork, cleanliness, and the dignity of labour.

The interview ended with words of advice and encouragement to all Atfal to remain obedient to Allah, participate actively in Jama’at activities, and strive to become responsible and beneficial members of society.
