WORD FOR TODAY... Patience is another needful key in the place of quiet time because it involves the engagement of two personalities; you and God, and it must embrace the two-side communication technique. It's a must to exercise patience when expecting feedback from God. Psalms 27:14 "Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD". The sign of quality and fruitful quiet time is received when we wait to hear what the Lord will say. Don't be in haste for the day's activities because evil is capable to retire you back to wait on the Lord forcefully. He speaks through His words, trances, visions, revelations, and discernment of the spirit. BE AT PEACE WITH YOUR MIND UNTIL YOU HEAR THE LORD SPEAK.

*WORD FOR TODAY*...Celebration is usually not done in silence but rather by rejoicing publicly. If you have experienced the Grace of salvation and every other goodness it brings, it is expected that you proclaim this to everyone around you. The Samarian woman met Jesus and left all she was doing to announce Him to everyone and many believed because of her testimony. Your testimony could be someone else's challenge, and proclaiming them could be the deliverance they have been trusting God for. Jesus also admonished us to go into the world and preach the gospel to all creations. Psalms 71:15 "I will tell of your goodness; all day long I will speak of your salvation, though it is more than I can understand". You need to proclaim the grace of God you have received!

*WORD FOR TODAY*...*PROPHETIC HOUR*.. Christ left all His divine privileges and took up the humble position of being born a man for your sake. His blood was the price for the remission of your sins. You celebrate this Grace received by giving your all to Him who gave His all for you. Several times, Christians are not ready to submit their will to the Lordship of Jesus. If God did not spare His son but delivered Him up for us, we also must deliver those things we count precious to the glory of God. However, doing His will doesn't always go well with the flesh. I therefore pray that even at times when it seems difficult, you are strengthened by His Spirit In your inner man to say "Yes Lord" to the will of the father. You are filled with patience and endurance to follow God's will in Jesus name.

*WORD FOR TODAY*...One of the ways to celebrate the Grace of God is by giving yourself to the teachings of Christ. Several times, people become so comfortable with the Grace and refuse to do their part in being schooled by that same Grace. It's like claiming to be promoted to a new class and not attending the required classes for that new level. The result of such is a Christian who although saved but still consumed with the the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life thereby deafeating the purpose of their salvation. Titus 2:12 " Grace teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions.." Celebrating Grace is saying *NO*, and saying *NO* isn't by natural ability but by an empowerment Grace brings. If you don't learn of Grace, you will say yes to ungodliness!

*WORD FOR TODAY*.....This week, we will be examining the theme *"Celebrating the Grace received"*. To celebrate the Grace received means to honour, revere, proclaim and appreciate every dimension of Grace bestowed upon you. Appreciation only comes by a deep reflection of what Grace means and brings to you. Today we will wholeheartedly celebrate the Grace of salvation. Titus 2:11 "For the grace of God has appeared that *offers salvation* to all people". Jesus destroyed the works of the flesh, brought you out of the miry clay and set your foot upon the rock. He who had no sin became sin that you might become the righteouness of God in Christ. And now, you can boldly approach the throne through salvation. Take some moments to say thank you Jesus for the Grace of salvation. Remember that you were saved because he drew you.

WORD FOR TODAY… However, in a fallen world, populated by selfish, lost, fearful, and rebellious people, considering the dimensions of grace is the one thing that everyone needs. "Titus 3:7 Because of his grace he made us right in his sight and gave us confidence that we will inherit eternal life. (NLT)." And you can only give it to someone else when you have first been given it yourself because you can't give away that which you don't have. God’s grace is the most powerful force in the universe as it is the most beautiful word. It has the power to do something that nothing else can do. YOU NEED IT. YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT IT NEITHER CAN YOU PURCHASE IT NOR EARN IT. IT ONLY EVER COMES USING A GIFT AND REALIZING ITS DIMENSIONS.

WORD FOR TODAY... There are many people in this world who feel they deserve every good thing they get in life. But in reality, every good gift comes from the grace of God, not because you deserve them or you authored them. James 1:16-17 “...Every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights...” You shouldn’t be deceived about your good gifts by saying you deserve them or thinking you made them happen. The truth is, we all deserve hell because we have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory but because God is full of grace, He blesses us with good things and offers to us eternal life through faith in His Son. IT'S A MINEFIELD OF GOD'S GRACE, AND YOU'LL NEED TO LOVE HIM, EVEN MORE, TO KEEP UNLOCKING THE DIMENSIONS OF GRACE.

WORD FOR TODAY... Prophetic Hour. As Christ is full of grace, we receive grace for grace and be endowed with every attribute of God. But then be aware of the principles to perfecting power of grace which are dedication, humility, diligence, holy Spirit and the host of others. "1 Timo 2:4 "Who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth". Hence, in order to embrace God's grace and experience the joy of salvation, I decree and declare, may you fully realize your divine potential as a son of God in Jesus name. The grace of the Lord shall be sufficient to lift you from death and sin and to endow you with eternal life in Jesus name. You shall receive sufficiency for change, transformation and perfection in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

WORD FOR TODAY... The first dimension of God’s Grace is called Unmerited Favor. This Measure of Grace Paul spoke about was granted because of the sacrifice that Jesus made for man by dying on the Cross. Rom 5:20 "The law was added so that trespass might increase but where sin increased grace increased all the more." A lot of believers have grown to be disobediently walking in the flesh and being ruled by the prince of darkness. But God, who is rich in mercy because of His great love, even when dead in trespasses, he made us alive together with Christ. By grace you have been saved. And this salvation is not of yourselves or your own doing, IT CAME NOT THROUGH YOUR STRIVING, BUT IT IS THE DIVINE GIFT OF GOD.

WORD FOR TODAY... Conclusively, there is a need for all belivers to be conscious of the grace of God upon their lives. The upholding grace of God has worked in so many lives and will still continue to work more effectively if you humble yourself. Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God,he will exalt you in due time. The upholding grace of God releases us an access into the divine realms of God's given potentials. Ipeter 5.5b"God opposes the proud and giveth grace to the humble." Grace is available to the humble in heart, so you must stay humble. There is a great support for christians who humble themselves. Ones a believer is not watchful of his/her character, he begins to fall from graceto grass, when they refuse to humble themselves. Humble yourself now before God humbles you.

WORD FOR TODAY... Upholding Grace is power for Christian living. It is the power to treasure all that God is for us in Jesus. It is the power to love all whom God loves. It is the power to pray for all God's purposes. It is the power to meditate on all God's Word. 2Cor 12.9 "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Christians must utterly depend on this grace. It is not just a past experience of pardon, it is a future experience of power to do what God commands us to do. This is why gratitude for past grace is not the fuel for today's obedience. You need today's gas for today's trip. Then you must learn to live in respect of the upholding grace of God. You need today's grace for today's obedience.

WORD FOR TODAY... Prophetic hour... In the book of psalms, David proclaims that it is the Lord that sustains him: Psalm 41:12 "In my integrity you uphold me and set me in your presence forever" It is to the Lord’s credit that David is able to maintain his integrity. Therefore, by God’s help David is confident that he will continue to live for the Lord and enjoy God’s “presence forever”. This should be a model for all believers and, as such, you may always praise the Lord, “from everlasting to everlasting”. Indeed, the psalmists often properly praised the Lord for his sustaining grace for even Judah’s kings often demonstrated their loyalty to the Lord. I pray in the name that is above every other name, receive the grace to praise him and rely on his sustaining grace, Amen.
