In Sunday School today, we learnt about “The Influence of Home Training.”

Through the life of Timothy, we were reminded of the lasting impact of godly parenting. His sincere faith was first seen in his grandmother Lois and mother Eunice, and the godly values they nurtured in him eventually became evident in his own life and walk with Christ.

We were reminded that the home is the first school of faith, and children learn not only from what they are taught but also from what they see their parents live.

As parents and guardians, we must therefore be intentional about modelling Christ, teaching the Scriptures, nurturing godly character, and raising children who will stand firm in their faith and become worthy ambassadors of Christ.

5. Our Lifestyle

It is our responsibility to refuse to blame every limitation on external circumstances when there are patterns within us that must be confronted. Prosperity is not just about what comes into your hands; it is also about who you have become to handle what comes.

As we let down a great catch, may God grant us the wisdom to recognise every limitation, the grace to break free from it, and the discipline to steward increase when it comes.

This Same Jesus (III) || Beholding His Glory

"
You cannot consistently behold Jesus and remain comfortable with everything that does not look like Him.
When we behold His glory, we are changed into His image—from glory to glory. The more we see Him, the more we become like Him. The more we linger in His presence, the more His nature becomes evident in us.

So, the question is not only, “Have I encountered Jesus?” but “What am I continually beholding?”
