We were honored to have one of our children bring the Word to us during the Children’s Day celebration.

It was truly an enlightening moment as we learnt about being "Empowered by the Holy Spirit” and the importance of growing with the Spirit.

The Children’s Day celebration began with joyful praise and beautiful moments as our children led with so much excitement.

Today’s Sunday School lesson, “A Well-Earned Rest” (Mark 2:18–28), reminded us that our relationship with God is not about empty traditions, but about genuine fellowship with Christ.

We learned that fasting should be purposeful and God-centered, not for show, while the Sabbath is meant for renewal, worship, and finding true rest in Jesus — the Lord of the Sabbath.

One key takeaway is that God wants us to live balanced lives: serving Him faithfully while also making room for spiritual and physical rest. True rest is found in walking daily with Christ.

The seventh Wisdom Dose was a call back to Jesus.
Beyond guilt and condemnation, there is still mercy, justification, and restoration in Christ.

The seventh Wisdom Dose…
“Sin no more & Come Back to Jesus.”

Because Jesus does not only forgive sin, He heals the root of it.
Come back to Jesus.
There is still grace, restoration, and freedom from condemnation in Him.
