EVANGELICAL CHURCH OF WINNING ALL (ECWA) FATE-TANKE (the Journey so far) the church was established in the year 1987 and first service was held on June 14th. Two year of prayer in the home of two prominent members (Elders Amujo and Ogunlowo ) Preceded the establishment of the church. Since inception, the church has been involved in evangelistic mission, starting from the two villages of its locati
on, to other villages in their environs, outside Ilorin and even beyond Kwara state to the place known as Luma and its environs in Niger state. The church is also very active in spiritual activities; Sunday worship, weekly bible sturdy for its fellowship, groups, prayer session every week, monthly chain prayer and quarterly Sunday special prayer and fasting. The choirs main, women, English and children are inspiring. Five minister of God have headed the church since inception. Ade Bellow who was also the planter. Rev S.S Ajise succeeded him Rev S.O Fatoye joined later as Associate pastor. The current ministers are Rev. S.O olayioye, Pastor D.A Taiwo and Practicum Pastor Fetus Adeolu Ademola. The church has been blessed with capable, diligent and trustworthy board of elders. Also the various group leaders in the church have lived exemplary lives. The physical structures on the premises are testifier to development in the church. There are two pastoriums for its two ministers, a mission Nusery/primary school, three places of worship for Yoruba, English and children, modern toilets, generator house, a first Aid centre .etc all to glory of God. The church has maintained very cordial and committed relationship with its churches of ECWA in finances, conferences, crusade outreaches; etc also at interdenominational level the church has upheld the oneness of the body of Christ-CAN, NEF and bible society of Nigeria. It has built a place of meeting for BSN Fate/Tanke Auxiliary on its premises. One notable fact about ECWA Fate/Tanke is the bond of love among members demonstration of support at social activities of individual members are commendable. The church matches on and gate of hell shall not prevail over it in Jesus name. A comprehensive book on the history has been written in 2007 and it being updated. The church returns all glory and honor to almighty God through Jesus Christ our lord.
