There are people God put in your life that you are not necessarily a blessing to, but they are a huge blessing to you. However, learn to be a blessing to such too.

This means that leaving such a relationship is foolishness because the ones you leave will lose nothing. It's your loss.

Know that the plan of God for your life is based on relationships.

Make healthy relationship choices.
Men who spur you for more,
Men who do not encourage foolishness,
Men who will say let's learn about the Lord, let's tell others about the Lord and let's enjoy the Lord.
Men who you can run what God is telling you through and they'll be able to ascertain if it's of the Lord or "Lawd".

Dear believer,

This year, refuse to allow your mind be a garbage ground for all sort. Be very selective.

Guard it from gossips, backbiting and bitter folks. By doing this, you are setting up yourself already to have a great year.

You don't have to relate with everyone. The actualization of God's plan for your life is for the goal.

The sanity of your mind is important for your walk in that plan.

Listen to your pastor every day.

May the voice you once listened to in awe never become ordinary to you.

May the voice that has kept you sane not become ordinary to you.
Guard your heart,
Guard your life.

What you need to grow is in your local church. If you feel it's not there, find another and stay absolutely committed.
