DON'T LOOK AT YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES!

“Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.” 2 Timothy 2:9 (KJV)

Beloved, it is good to have a mentor in life to groom you to become what God has destined you to be. The young pastor, Timothy, had Apostle Paul as his mentor. He groomed Timothy to become a role model to others in the Kingdom of God. He exhorted Timothy to understand one thing—that there is hardship, suffering, and persecution in doing the work of Christ Jesus. He went on to say that the hardship, suffering, and persecution should not prevent him from preaching the gospel of the Lord (2 Timothy 2:3).

Dear beloved, you might also be going through a lot of trouble for the sake of being a Christian but that should not stop you from doing what God has asked you to do. Keep on doing the work of Christ in the midst of persecutions and sufferings, and God will vindicate you and glorify you (Romans 8:18). Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!

Prayer Point: My dear heavenly Father, I bless Your name for Your Word. Indeed, Your Word is not bound; it is so powerful to give us liberty when we suffer for Your sake. Please give me more grace to endure suffering for the gospel till I embrace the blessings therein in Jesus’ name. Amen!

BE SAVED BY GRACE!

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)

Beloved, the grace of God is the favor and ability of God, given to the children of God to live a fulfilling Christian life. You receive grace only through an act of faith—by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Savior. It does not demand any work on the part of the recipient because all the work for grace was done by Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary (John 1:17).

Beloved, when you receive grace, use it to better your family, job, education, aspiration, marriage, singleness, etc. Since it is a gift received by an act of faith, use it through faith by confessing it over your life. Go ahead and do the work committed to you, and you will succeed. Remember that if you need more grace, you can go to God and He will gladly give it to you (Hebrews 4:16). Hallelujah! Be grace-conscious!

Prayer Point:
My dear Lord Jesus, I bless and praise You for grace. Indeed, without grace it will be impossible to live the Christian life. I take advantage of Your grace to enhance my family, job, education, marriage or singleness, and other aspects of my life. Amen!

IT IS GOOD TO FORBEAR ONE ANOTHER!

“Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.”
Colossians 3:13 (KJV)

Beloved, Christianity is the life and culture of God working in the life of the born-again Christian. Christianity is a life that is based on the experiential knowledge of God; it is not a life of theory but a life of practicality. Human beings are not perfect. They have many weaknesses; that is why the opening scripture exhorts us to forbear with one another and forgive one another (Psalms 103:14, Hebrews 4:15).

In other words, put yourself in the shoes of your brethren and you will realize that you are not any different from the other brethren except for the grace of God. Hence, do not think of yourself more highly than you ought to and hold offenses against people or count their sins against them.

Dear beloved, develop a personal life of “we feeling” for the brethren and learn to quickly forgive. You will come to realize that you have saved yourself from many misfortunes and have become a channel of God’s blessings (Mark 11:26).
Hallelujah! Be an overcomer!

Prayer Point:
My gracious Father, thank You for good counsel in Your Word. Indeed, we must bear graciously with one another and forgive one another for our own good. Please help me develop a heart of love to easily forbear and forgive anyone who offends me, in Jesus’ name. Amen!

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE?

“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.” 1 Peter 1:23 (KJV)

Beloved, where you come from determines who you are. One of the most important things to know as a child of God is to know who you are. As a child of God, do you know where you come from? The opening scripture gives you a clue as to where you come from. You were born from the Word of God; therefore, you come from the Word of God (John 1:13).

Those who are not born again come from the earth, but the moment you become born again you proceed from the Word of God; thus, you come from heaven.

Beloved, the Word of God is incorruptible; it lives and abides forever. This should give you a picture of what your life is supposed to be. Live an incorruptible life so that you can live and abide forever (John 11:26).

It is possible to live and abide forever because with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

Live a sinless life, enjoy the righteous and holy life, and your life will move from glory to glory. Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!

Prayer Point:
My dear heavenly Father, I bless and praise You for showing me my true identity and origin. Indeed, I proceeded from Your Word; thus, I come from heaven. Please let this always be my consciousness in order to live like Jesus Christ, Who is in heaven. Amen!

JEHOVAH, ONLY YOU AND YOU ALONE
IS WORTHY, TO BE GLORIFY!!!

I am happy to live till this day. It is an occasion worth celebrating. I will by His grace, continue to be alive to celebrate more years for the happiness of my loved ones. I am grateful for the gift of life and the lovely people that I am able to share life with. I am grateful for my family, and the amazing families that has showered me with love. Being surrounded by love from special people is the best gift ever. I am blessed. The world is my stage and I have played diligently so far. I hope to display a Noble and fierce expression of reign in the years to come.
