Oju loba Ara
(Matt 6:22) Oju ni fitila ara: nitorina bi oju rẹ ba mọ́, gbogbo ara rẹ ni yio kún fun imọlẹ.
The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
Eyes aren't just window to your soul, they also offer a glimpse into your health. Your eyes are an important part of your health. Normally, as a child lives, he/she relies on his or her eyes to see and make sense of the world around them. Seriously, your eyes can be a major signal to visual problems or something systemic as almost all systemic diseases affect the eye e.g. diabetes, hypertension, sickle cell. What more, most of those you can actually see for yourself - assuming you know what to look for.
Because most eye diseases can lead to vision loss so it's important to identify and treat eye diseases as early as possible. Just as it is important to keep our body healthy, we also need to keep our eyes healthy. You should get your eyes checked as often as your eye health care provider recommends it, or if you have any vision problem.
Eye Care Tips:
There are things you can do to help keep your eyes healthy and make sure you are seeing your best.
