YOUTH WEEK 2026
HOLY BRETHREN
Bible Text; Hebrews 3:1 – "Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus."
John 15:18 – "If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you."
You are not ordinary. You are saints set apart by God Himself. He called you out of darkness into His marvelous light, not for you to hide, but to shine. 1 Pet 2:9
This is your identity as a youth: You belong to God’s family. You carry His nature. You are a partaker of the heavenly calling – your life has a purpose that is higher than trends, higher than pressure, higher than what social media says.
But hear this truth: John 15:18 says "If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you." Your holiness will make you different. Believers don’t fit in because we were never meant to. The world won’t always understand your standards, your language, your refusal to compromise. Stand firm anyway.
So what does it mean to live like this in this generation?
1. You are set apart_ – Stop trying to blend in. God separated you for a reason. Your dress, your words, your choices should reflect heaven. Don’t let the world squeeze you into its mold. Rom 12:2
2. You are heavenly-minded_ – Your focus is not just school, career, or relationship. Your first calling is from above. Think like heaven. Act like heaven. Because you represent heaven here on earth. Col 3:2
3. You are a bold witness_ – Holiness is not weakness. It is power. When you live holy, people see Jesus without you preaching a word. Let your life be the evidence that God is real. Matt 5:16
Youth, the world is tired of empty noise. The world needs to see *people set apart* who actually look like Jesus. Not perfect people, but separated people. Not religious people, but transformed people.
This is your time to rise. Own your identity. Walk in your calling. Shine your light. Because you were made to be different.
