Recently I was pondering on the great exploits of men like Apostle Ayo Babalola, prophet Babajide, Archbishop Idahosa, Prophet Obadare, Prophet Olowere, Baba Akande Ede, Mose Orimolade and many others,
None of them were theologically nor academically sound yet they manifested the real power of God.
As I was pondering on these, the Holy Spirit whispered to my hearing; "Those men totally depend on God". Chai! Our generation is knowledgeable but lack real power of the Holy Spirit.
Knowledge is good but when it replace TOTAL dependance on the LORD, there would be a problem. Do you know PST Adeboye never attended any Bible school? I'm not sure if PST F W Kumuyi attended one.
Apostle Paul was a scholar but he said all I counted as loss.
The Power of God only finds expression in total submission not certificates and titles. Knowledge is supposed to be additional advantage.
Knowledge is meant to aid sustainability of the manifestation of the power of God so that it would be accurately pass down to the next generation but the pride of this generation would deprive her of the opportunity.
What a generation of knowledge without tangible power?
