GUIDE FOR INTENDING PARTICIPANTS

We wish to communicate to all participating organisations, Shuyukh, Missioners, Imams, and members the modalities regarding appearance and conduct expected at the Hijrah Celebration.

Amidst celebration, we should be guided by Islamic injunctions particularly dressing, sitting arrangement, utterances, and all forms of conducts.

We implore spiritual leaders of organisations to admonish their members on this conducts in tandem with points stipulated in the flier.

Expected Muslims at the celebration should adhere strictly to these guidelines.
