Love is like the five loaves and two fishes. It doesn't start to multiply until you give it away - Anonymous

We will be known as Christians when we have love for one another. We are all called to have the agape kind of love. Do you exhibit love in your words, thoughts and actions? Are you kind to your neighbour or do you inwardly resent them? Are you willing to lend a helping hand to someone in need? Do you turn the other way when someone needs your help? How are you being Christlike?

Love is not just the floating romantic feeling popular today. It is a choice, an intentional act to shine the light of Christ. It is selfless and unconditional. It is about showing compassion and kindness even when it is not convenient.

Jesus lived and exemplified this love and we are called to practice it in our relationship with others. “By this, everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” - John 13:35.

Be intentional in showing love today.

HE is busy, not just watching you go through this, but sitting as a refiner and purifier of you (silver and gold), not once taking HIS eyes off you; until you exude HIS righteousness. It is like a woman in labour. HE knows the end result -an expected end, a future and a hope.

Are you crying? Cry. Not because you feel you have lost, but because you are experiencing pain; and you know it will be over.
You will get over this. You will soar again, even higher; love again, even deeper; smile again, even broader; be loved even most passionately.

Disappointments and regrets knock on every door. And they very well puncture courage. You were courageous, you shot your shot, but now you start to blame yourself, even almost or already blaming GOD (wrong ooo). You begin to reminisce; the good times make you optimistic, the bad times bring sadness and hurt. You feel this heaviness in your heart and being downcast is an understatement.

In all of these, stop, turn around and look inwards, scanning for that part of you that tells you, you are the best and GOD definitely has wonderful plans for you.
HE uses every situation to mould and refine you... HE knows your hurts too.

The world is a stage, and all the men and women are merely players, says my revered colleague, Williams Shakespeare. We are all actors that come to play our part assigned by the immutable producer cm director - GOD.

GOD has definitely endowed everyone with talents to display and profit with.
So here's what we need to do; drop the shyness and take action!
For me, HE'S given me the pen of a ready writer.

The world would be incomplete without your manifestation. You've got to be bold, banish fear and doubt, and remember GOD'S with you, mighty saint of valour.

Also, remember that nobody is indispensable, don't let fear of failure hold you back from charting your course; while others thrive. Don't be replaced. Remember again that there has never been a "go-slow" in the sky; it's wide enough for every bird to fly, spreading their wings; soaring.

We avoid chasing our dreams because we're afraid of the obstacles along the way.

It’s okay to be afraid, but don’t give in to fear.

A life lived in constant fear is like sitting in a traffic jam. There is no forward movement.

Who says you aren’t good enough? Who says you will fail? Why are you holding back?

It’s time to be confident in your abilities and don't let your own negativity and self-doubt hold you hostage.

Fears and doubt will set in and try to move you. Stay unmoved, help is on the way.
