In today’s world, everything is competing for your attention.

What you watch, what you listen to, the conversations you entertain, and even the thoughts you dwell on. But God gives us a clear instruction: Guard your heart.

Why? Because your heart is the center of your life.

- Your words flow from it.
- Your actions flow from it.
- Your decisions flow from it.

If your heart is not protected, your life will be affected.

Guarding your heart means being intentional:

✅ Be mindful of what you consume

✅ Stay rooted in God’s Word

✅ Pray consistently

✅ Protect your peace

✅ Surround yourself with the right people

Not everything deserves access to you.

A guarded heart is not a closed heart.

It is a disciplined heart. Open to God, but discerning about everything else.

Today, make a decision to protect your heart. Your life depends on it.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to guard my heart diligently. Teach me to be sensitive to what I allow into my life and align my heart with Your will. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
