TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH

It is that time of the year again when the voice of intercession must arise from our land to the ends of the earth: to all nations, tribes, languages, peoples, and cultures.

'After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands.' - Rev. 7:9

OUR MONTHLY PRAYER CONVOCATION IS HERE AGAIN!

The incarnation of the Second Person of the Godhead was the materialization of the very Word of God from eternity.

To Him, the prophets of old bore witness until the days of John the Baptist. In his day, John heard the voice from heaven and beheld the Living Breath descending upon a Man. He saw the Eternal Word of God walking along the banks of the Jordan, and he declared:

"...Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world." (John 1:29)

There is a Word resounding over every child of God, a sound from eternity, speaking volumes that must be translated into living experiences.

Our cry this Friday is that we may become all that is written concerning us in the archives of eternity in Christ, and bring forth God's will upon the earth, beginning from our territory.

Join us this Friday as, through the Word and Prayer, we align ourselves with the purpose and will of our King and our LORD, Jesus Christ.

This is to honour a patriarch in the household of faith, whose massive commitment to serving the will of God has paved the way for millions to look to Jesus for salvation.

I had the privilege to first physically set my sight on him, though from a distance, in the city of Kano, twenty-four years ago. While on stage, I remember him jocularly saying, “I am sixty years young to the glory of God”. The whole place erupted with uproarious laughter, screams and applause.

The Lord again arranged for us to meet in Wales last year. This time, we met one-on-one, far from the cold stares of cameras as it was a quietly seismic event. I was totally disarmed by his warm reception, he spoke a few words that torched my soul, story for another time. But this much I would say: Baba’s humility is an indictment to our generation. How could someone have done so much in the Lord’s name and yet remain so humble? The answer is simple: He has seen Jesus!

Some days ago, he became “eighty-four years young” and it dawned on me that the path of the righteous does indeed shine brighter and brighter.

Today and as always, I and the entire RCN Global family celebrate and salute Daddy GO!
