The prices of things are on the high side and economy is so down. Do not kill yourself thinking the world is going down on you. We are all in this together, so, cheer up! A survey I recently carried out in my neighborhood reflects that 95% of families struggle to survive. The remaining 5% are the politicians, the mogul business men and the internet fraudster.

'Tough times never last but tough people do', someone said. This time will soon fade away and a bright morning shall dawn. The hardship will soon go and we will have a better time. Do not nip your life in the bud. Su***de is not the solution. Clampdown on most of your expenses. Discard the ones you can do away with and hold on to the unavoidable ones. Plan expressly on your income and expenses. It is wise to do.

Finally, have a garden at your backyard where you can grow vegetables and some crops. This will reduce to an extent your daily expenses on daily needs. Vegetables can do well in cans or sacks filled with loam soil. Try it.

THE SWEET ORANGE TREE IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD.

When I was young, I did trekked to my school in the company of my friends. There used to be an orange tree on the street we usually took. The fruits of the tree were so sweet and so, many people desired to eat of it. The owner of the tree, after knowing that many people would want to pluck the oranges did his best to prevent the tree that he could have more fruits for himself.

As students, we were so troublesome and would do anything to get what we wanted. We so much loved the orange and whenever it was time to bring out fruits, we would damn anything the man could do. One day, we saw there were many fruits that were ripe and/or close to getting ripe and we started throwing stones at the tree that we might have more fruits. We had already checked to see that the owner of the tree wasn't around so we had the confidence of throwing the stones. As we did this, many fruits, even the unripe were plucked.

Peoples' lives are this similar. If you have a great future ahead, expect a lot of bouts. You are the owner of the tree and whenever you are absent, people throw anything at you and may eventually pluck the unripe fruits in you. Never loose the guard over yourself in the bud to satisfy anyone. The bouts must come because you carry valuables. Move on and never be discouraged.

One day, as I was driving, there started a sound which at first was not alarming but gradually became a noise. Do you know I had no option than to pull up by the road side and check what was wrong with the vehicle. Alas, it was just a small screw that got loosed and the entire engine began to malfunction. If I continued the journey, there could have been a mishap. Did I say a small screw? Even when it is small, it has a great deal of work it is doing to the engine.

This tells about you and me. Just as the engine can't function well without the screw, your place is equally important in that small position you are. Never look than on yourself. Defeat begins with an acceptance. Have a right thought about yourself today that you are able and capable to do all.
Stand up, stand tall and stand firm for yourself.

There once lived a man in a far away village. This man is always busy with one thing or the other. One day, the man took time out of his schedules to play with his friends. He was so engrossed in the company of his friends that he forgot to return to his duties at the appropriate time. Owing to this, he couldn't finish his chores for the day. The following morning, he resumed to duty with the leftover of the previous day. He used the time he was supposed to use for the day's work in doing the previous day's work. When he realized he was behind the schedule and not meet up with the goals, he had to use his time for break to cover-up for the lost time.

Beloved, if you so desire a bright future, you work for it now. Your next minute success is determined by your actions the present. Do not be lazy to waste your time on what is not productive, lest it becomes counter-productive on your future achievement.

All that is required of you is to make a list of the different actions that are necessary in attaining the dream. Make the actions to be as small as possible and let them be achievable. Measurable
Achievable
Realistic and
Target oriented.
Remember, no one will help if you do not help yourself.

I took an imaginary journey sometimes ago. This journey done in my innate world. I took my pen and began to make a comprehensive list of the rich people I know a little about them in the world. I found out the following:
1. None was and is a salary earner.
2. They all are entrepreneurs.
3. Those who are politicians can't boast of their riches in the open.
4. They are hardworking people who never give up to challenges stirring them in the face.
5. They believed in their vision and worked for it realization.

Dear reader, to be financially freed, you must learn from this simple fact.

An unfortunate incident happened few days ago where a toddler lost his life to the cold hands of death. While examining the incidence, we concluded on the fact that the parents were guilty. They forgot to raise the boy in the standard of God. They did not make the poor boy to realize the boundaries he mustn't step beyond and why he had to restrain himself from such acts.

Dear parents, this is a challenge to us all that we must take seriously, our responsibilities in the home. We have to tutor these children in the proper way. This will give us peace of mind.
