Whenever a Muslim scholar debates Evangelist Isang , one thing is certain. Such a person never leaves the same. At the very least, a part of his thinking is forcefully and positively transformed.
Before the recent debate with Emergency Ustaz on the topic *“WAS JESUS TRULY?”*, the Muslim scholar was overflowing with confidence. He boldly claimed he would prove beyond all reasonable doubt, from the Bible itself that Jesus was indeed not crucified.
This kind of false confidence is not unique. It is the common mindset of Muslims today, carefully nurtured by years of misleading lectures from their scholars. Their minds have been frozen in Islamic ideologies that are demonstrably false, and this tragedy is further sustained by the painful silence of the Christian Church.
Sadly, many pastors are quick to attack fellow pastors over doctrinal differences, yet remain silent in the face of the blatant lies of Islamic theology. This deadly error of omission has eternal consequences—the spiritual destruction of millions of unsuspecting Muslim souls.
But back to the debate.
During the encounter, Evangelist Isang true to his character—was loving and respectful toward the Muslim speaker, yet utterly ruthless toward Qur’an 4:157, which claims that Jesus was neither killed nor crucified. That verse was dismantled scripturally, historically, and logically, exposing it plainly as a lie.
On the other hand, the Muslim scholar struggled desperately to twist Bible verses in order to rescue the Qur’anic claim. His efforts failed. The Evangelist repeatedly emphasized a simple, unavoidable truth: all four Gospels unanimously declare, “THEY CRUCIFIED HIM.”
By the end of the debate, something interesting happened. The Muslim scholar openly admitted that his mindset had been transformed. His tune changed from “I WILL PROVE THAT JESUS WAS NOT CRUCIFIED” to “IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER, WHETHER JESUS WAS CRUCIFIED OR NOT"
Dear brethren, we must not abandon our Muslim friends to deception. We must rise up with love, truth, and boldness, and engage them until it becomes obviously clear in their eyes, that Islam is a grand deception from the devil.
Now that Emergency Ustaz has shifted from *“JESUS WAS NOT CRUCIFIED?”* to *“IT DOESN'T MATTER,”* shouldn’t we invite him again and this time to debate the crucial question:..
*“DOES IT MATTER WHETHER JESUS WAS CRUCIFIED OR NOT?”*
Having already established that the Qur’an lied about the crucifixion, this follow-up debate would focus on the meaning and implications of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is the remission of sins and the assurance of salvation.
