talks about knowledge of the HOLY GHOST therefore our mandate is to task this generation from being filled with HOLY GHOST into knowing the HOLY GHOST which was Paul's desire. therefore you will suddenly become conscious of this person (HOLY GHOST) as you indulge yourself with this vision ZION WORLD.
