Teach Every Nation (TEN) is a new initiative led by Dr Bruce Wilkinson who was called to partner with leaders, ministries, and global teachers to train tens of thousands of untrained pastors and teachers in the Global South. lobal South and East. Nothing is more strategic to fulfilling the Great Commission than the training of millions of pastors who cannot access or afford in any great numbers the structures of traditional western training institutions. Sustainable personal, community, and national life change happens when the Bible is accepted as the truth for life, is taught God’s way, and its multiplication principle is obeyed to teach faithful teachers who will teach and train others to repeat the process. Students need training and tools to TEACH and TRAIN others. TEN’s curriculum therefore requires accountability from students to teach and often train others in order to fulfil their TEN course requirements. Christ is to be Lord over all things. TEN seeks to provide pastors with training to become effective transformational agents and teachers in the following domains present in every society: Family, Education, Government, Law, Sports, Arts and Entertainment, Media, and Business. The Church in the Global South is uniquely positioned as a key and essential part of fulfilling the calling to take the gospel to ALL nations and seeks partnerships with like-minded groups to reach the least, the last and the lost. TEN incorporates ‘new wine’ and ‘new wineskins’ for course content and the training process. Through innovation, collaboration, creative oral-visual content, and social media we anticipate using unconventional ‘just in time’ training methods that leads to unprecedented high impact ministry results from our students. TEN will intentionally choose delivery methods that keeps students and pastors resident in their community. TEN‘s strategy is a combination of biannual satellite broadcasts to hundreds of church campuses, followed by thousands of cohort and group training sessions, weeklong person-to-person on-campus training events, and continuous online education courses. TEN’s educational goal is to develop courses in the broad evangelical tradition at a credit-worthy level. TEN plans to grant certificates and diplomas to its students, and encourages students to seek credit and further their education with partner schools. TEN envisage having 100 Courses developed over 5 years that will be taught by a diverse faculty of African leaders and outstanding pastors, numerous global experts, and by TEN’s president Dr Bruce Wilkinson.
