INGREDIENTS TO MOVING MOUNTAINS
Joshua 6:1–21
Ingredients are things necessary to achieve a particular goal—things that must be present. A mountain is anything standing in the way of achieving a set goal.
Here are the ingredients needed to move mountains:
1. THE WORD OF GOD

2. FAITH

3. OBEDIENCE
Obedience means doing exactly what God says, not relying on your head knowledge.
Joshua 1:8 | 2 Kings 5:1–11
Not all mountains can be moved. If we’re moving in the wrong direction, we may be trying to move the wrong mountain—and it may not move. But when we are at the centre of His will, God will tell us how to move it.
It is not enough to make declarations. We must receive the specific Word and instructions meant for that specific mountain.
For every mountain, there are specific instructions.
✨ Until you get the specific instructions, the mountain will keep staring at you.
✨ Unless you spend time privately with the Holy Spirit, those instructions may not come.
Some mountains can only be moved when, through studying the Word, God reveals the instruction for them.
The devil fights your private time with God because he knows that’s where your instructions, strength, and victory are found.
Spend time with God. Study His Word. Listen for His instructions. Then move the mountain!
