📝 ACTIVATING POWER THROUGH PRAYER....

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S): JAMES 5:16-18

Activating power through prayer is the process of moving inherent spiritual potential into active, transformative results. It is likened to refining raw crude oil into usable energy. By aligning your will with scripture, maintaining expectant faith, and dedicating consistent time in a quiet space, you unlock God's dynamic power in your daily life.

■》Prayer is designed for the release of power from Heaven to the earth (Matt. 6:9-10)
■》Prayer is designed to release the power of Divinity into humanity (Jam. 5:16)
■》Tremendous power is made available at the place of prayer but this is not to the same degree for everybody because not everybody operates the forces that facilitate prayer power

FORCES OR FACTORS THAT FACILITATE POWER IN PRAYER:

1. Fervency in the Spirit (Jam. 5:16; Rom. 12:11)
1a. Prayer fervency determines prayer potency
1b. Prayer fervency determines prayer clearance
■》The level of terror you can spark in the camp of darkness is determined by prayer fervency

2. Praying without ceasing (Eph. 6:18; 1Thess. 5:17)
This is achieved by developing an attitude of continuous desire for God
2a. Praying without ceasing is wearing out resistance without struggle
2b. Praying without ceasing is winning without ceasing
■》Your thoughts, words and look are all prayer; your heart desire is tuned towards the will of God

3. Praying with vision (Hab. 2:1-4; Eph. 3:20; Isa. 65:24)
This is picturing the outcome at the place of prayer
3a. Praying with vision is communicating in the language of the Spirit
3b. Praying with vision is creating the future in the present
■》If you can see it and hear before you experience it, no devil can stop you from having it.
■》What does not cross your mind is not permitted to cross your life
■》Scripture is meant to help you see the picture so that you can capture it and then venture into the future

4. Praying in the Spirit (Eph. 6:18; Rom. 8:26; 1Cor. 14:1-2)
4a. Praying in the Spirit is praying the Will of God effortlessly
4b. Praying in the Spirit is praying in the realm of hidden secrets
■》Secrets that are covered get exposed at the place of prayer

5. Praying with fasting (Isa. 58:6, 8; Matt. 17:21; Isa. 40:31)
This is a regular fasted life – a personal consecrated life
5a. Praying with fasting is accessing supernatural strength and power for exploits and impact
5b. Praying with fasting is accessing light to dissolve the force of darkness (Isa. 58:8)

6. Praying in the night season (Ps. 16:7; Luke 6:12-14; Ps. 19:2; Isa. 30:29-30; Matt. 13:25; Job 38:12)
6a. Praying in the night season is praying in the season of high spiritual frequency transmission (Isa. 30:29-31)
6b. Praying in the night season is praying to undo the works of darkness (Matt. 13:25)

7. Praying with sacrifice (1Sam. 1:11; 7:7-12)
7a. Praying with sacrifice is praying at the frequency of fire – Divine visitation
7b. Praying with sacrifice is praying at the frequency of speedy intervention (Ps. 126:1,5)
■》Please note, you cannot bribe God with sacrifice. For prayer with sacrifice to
work, other factors must be in place

8a. Praying with praise is praying with unhindered access to the presence of God (Ps. 100:4)
8b. Praying with praise is praying into the realms of Divine guidance and direction

SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF POWER THROUGH PRAYER:

1. Elijah was a man of prayer who dwelt in the ocean of power (Jam. 5:17; 1Kings 17:1)

2. The apostles lived in the realm of power by the force of prayer (Acts 1:14; 2:1; 4:31-33)
3. Paul the apostle was literally a prayer machine and was practically a power machine (1Thess. 5:17; Eph. 6:18; 1Cor. 14:18; Acts 19:11-12)
4. Peter and John experienced the hour of power at the hour of prayer (acts 3:1-11)
5. The Master Jesus moved in prayer and moved in power (Luke 3:21-22; 6:12-13; Matt. 14:23-25)

WHY IS POWER NEEDED?

1. Power brings victory and mastery over the negative forces of life (Matt. 14:23-25)
2. Power guarantees exploits (Acts 10:38)
You are either in the realm of exploits or your life is being exploited by the devil, there is no middle ground
3. Power enhances destiny fulfilment (Matt. 14:23-25; Gen. 32:24-28)
Power is needed for you to become who God wants you to become.

CONCLUSIVELY,
To effectively activate and harness this power, focus on these core pillars:

1. Engage in the "Secret Place"
The Principle: Dedicate uninterrupted, intentional time alone with God.

The Action: Create a dedicated distraction-free space where you can focus on spiritual communion without rushing.

The Reward: consistent, deep devotion is the root of all spiritual strength.

2. Pray the Word
The Principle: God’s Word is the ultimate spiritual weapon and reveals His will.

The Action: Base your prayers directly on scriptures by claiming His promises for your specific needs.

The Result: Speedy Answers

3. Maintain Expectation
The Principle: Expecting God to move keeps you spiritually prepared and receptive to miracles.

The Action: Pray with boldness and total confidence that the Holy Spirit is working within you to accomplish the impossible.

4. Activate Power Through Praise
The Principle: Praise shifts the focus from the problem to the sovereignty of God, unlocking deliverance and favor.

The Action: Intentionally weave thanksgiving, worship, and declarations of God's character into your daily routine and prayer time.

5. Speak the Desired Outcome
The Principle: Your words have the power to shape your reality according to your faith.

The Action: Speak positively into your circumstances, expressing faith and the expected outcome rather than focusing heavily on the obstacle.

🔥👉 It is important to begin by saying that our God is a God of mysteries. His ways are beyond human comprehension.

The mysteries of God are the secrets of God concealed from men, but revealed to the sons of the Kingdom.
Romans 11:33

🔥👉 The mystery of the FIRSTBORN is such that if the first is Redeemed, the rest is Redeemed.

■》WHO IS A FIRSTBORN?
A firstborn is;
●} One who opens the womb of his/her parents.
●} One who is the first to make remarkable achievements in the family.
E.g => First to get married
First to build or own a house.
First to give birth
First to travel abroad.
First to get a good job.
Etc.

📝 By this I mean to say that there are FIRSTBORN by Birth, and there are FIRSTBORN by achievements.

■》FIRSTBORNs are GATES through which others gain access.
■》FIRSTBORNs are LIGHT CARRIERS through which others see light.

● Many times, because the FIRSTBORN is a Symbol of inheritance, they don't only inherit family blessings, some also inherit family battles.

Many Firstborn in scriptures suffer losses of their inheritance. It is a major battle of FIRSTBORNs.

THE NECESSITY OF GOD’S POWER .

ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S): ACTS 10:38

The Power or Anointing of God is a very vital necessity in the life of every child of God.
The Power of God is neither for show or for entertainment; it is a non-negotiable necessity for successful existence in the earth.

The Power of God is not a luxury but an essential requirement for believers to overcome challenges, fulfill divine destiny, and survive in a wicked world. It is essential for breaking limitations, enforcing victory over demonic opposition, and experiencing supernatural promotion.

WHY IS THE POWER OF GOD NECESSARY?

1. For victory over the forces of wickedness (Luke 10:19; 1John 5:19)

2. For the breaking of life’s curses and the establishment of God’s Blessings (Gen. 32:24-28)
So that you can escape what tied down others in your family and break general limitations in your community
It takes power to make the devil find its level

3. For victory and triumph in daily living, with the capacity to face the future without fear. (Gen. 32:24-28)
To prevail in life, power is needed.
Where power is absent, the only thing man can do in life is to travail.

4. For the conquest of stagnation and delay, and the sustenance of motion (Acts 10:38; Luke 4:14; Ps. 84:7; Prov. 4:18; Rom. 1:17)
If you are not ‘wenting’ you need power. (Acts 10:38)
You cannot be tied to a moving train and remain on the same spot! NO!

5. For the fulfilment of Kingdom mission and assignment (Acts 1:8; Mark 16:20)
To work for God effectively you need power

6. For the rescue of lives, especially loved ones from the clutches of the enemy
When power is lacking, you watch people suffering and you are helpless
You don’t need to be a pastor to be of help to your family, or community, you just need power

7. For the full deployment of life’s potentials (Acts 10:38; 1Sam. 10:5)
There are things you carry that will never come out of you without power
The things that are inside you are pressed out and the things that you need to function with are pressed in by the power of God

8. For the fulfilment of Divine purpose and destiny (Luke 4:14, 17-21)
In order for us to be everything we are meant to be, we need power.
When God lays His Hands upon you, the devil also tries to lay his finger upon you.
The heavier your destiny, the heavier the confrontation, and it takes the power of God to overcome anti-destiny forces.
In order to reach your destiny you need to overcome enemy resistance, and to do that, you need power.

9. For productivity and resourcefulness of life
Power is needed for the working of all things.
Anywhere you see something not working, it is lacking in power
Power is needed for victory over anti-productivity forces.
