Celestial Performing Artistes Association of Nigeria to Host 2025 National Delegates Conference

The Celestial Performing Artistes Association of Nigeria (CPAAN) will host its 2025 National Delegates Conference on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, bringing together performing artistes, musicians, and key stakeholders in the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) music industry. The event will focus on the future of gospel music and creative arts within the Church.

Taking place at CCC Ogudu Expressway Cathedral, Ogudu, Lagos State, the conference will serve as a platform for strategic discussions, creative exchange, and collaboration among Celestial artistes. The focus will be on promoting excellence, innovation, and global impact in gospel music and artistic expressions that align with the Church’s mission.

M/C VIctoria Omodudu will be the keynote Speaker while Evang. Korede Ogunmola and Bro. Muyiwa Olaitan will speak about Leadership & Innovation.

Evangelist Segun Nabi, CPAAN National President, emphasized the vital role of performing arts in spreading the gospel and strengthening CCC’s creative identity worldwide. He also encouraged all national members of the association to participate in this landmark gathering.

The conference will feature keynote addresses, workshops, and networking sessions, fostering unity, growth, and innovation among Celestial performing artistes.

Celestial Media Volunteers Q1 2025 Prayer Vigil Inspires Dedication, Collaboration, and Purpose.

Media volunteers, CCC parish media teams, and creatives gathered at CCC Christ Ambassadors Parish, Agege, Lagos, for a solemn Media Prayer Vigil dedicated to prayer, engagement, and learning.

Organized by The Celestial Media Team, the event featured an insightful keynote address and teaching by Evangelist Korede Ogunmola, who emphasized the function of purpose, content, and expectation in media ministry. He called for greater dedication to positively projecting the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) brand and mission, highlighting the Church’s embrace of traditional media as a vital tool for spreading the gospel and preserving its history.

"The God-given mandate to Papa Oshoffa is to bring people to the true worship of God and salvation through Jesus Christ. This is our mission. To fulfill it globally—beyond culture and tribe—media is key," said Evangelist Ogunmola.

Venerable Superior Evangelist Elijah Bello, Shepherd-in-Charge of the host parish, encouraged CCC media practitioners and creative volunteers to serve God and the Church with sincerity and dedication, reminding them of the divine calling upon their work.

The vigil reaffirmed the essential role of media in the Church and served as a moment of prayer for God’s strength, guidance, and grace upon the CCC media community.

The Q2 Media Volunteers Vigil will hold on Friday May 9th, 2025.

The gathering focused on addressing seven critical areas that influence the CCC’s media landscape and included an interactive Q&A session to engage participants in meaningful discussions.
Representing the Director of Media, CCC Worldwide - Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala, Special Venerable Senior Evangelist Awosika emphasized the Church Leadership’s dedication to building an open and inclusive media environment. “The Office of the Media Director is always open for discussions, engagement, and collaboration on ways to enhance our media efforts in promoting the Church and the Salvation Message,” said Awosika. “The new mission is to unify all media stakeholders under a central umbrella, with a focus on facilitating access to information from the Pastorate, capacity-building for our media talents, and enhancing the Church’s overall brand value.”

The event featured an “Open House” discussion led by Bro. Muyiwa Olaitan of the Celestial Media Team. Key topics highlighted included volunteering, creativity, mentorship and training, knowledge of the Church, the Imeko Convocation, challenges faced by parish media teams, collaboration, and the importance of media professionalism.

Lagos, Nigeria – October 26, 2024 – The largest gathering of media and creative volunteers within the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) took place on Saturday, October 26th, 2024 at CCC Christ Ambassadors Cathedral, Agege Lagos. The highly anticipated event tagged “The Celestial Media & Creative Stakeholders TownHall Meeting.” brought together influential members from various CCC parish media units, as well as prominent media professionals and creative stakeholders, for an open dialogue on key issues impacting the CCC media community.

The primary aim of the Media Townhall was to call for improved professionalism amongst practitioners, address key isues affecting media practice in the Church, foster better work synergy, and create stronger networks among the Church’s media volunteers, parish media teams, creative talents, and established professionals.
