ARE YOU JUST BORN OR YOU ARE JUST MADE. A BOY IS BORN AND A MAN IS MADE. ARE YOU STILL BATTLING WITH REPENTANCE OR YOU ARE WALKING AND ADVANCING ON THE PART OF CHRIST RIGHTEOUSNESS UNTO PERFECTION?

*"Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God" (Heb 6:1)*.

This verse encourages believers to move beyond the basic teachings about Christ and progress towards spiritual maturity. It emphasizes the importance of foundational truths like repentance from sin and faith in God, but also encourages growth beyond these initial steps.

Therefore, move forward. GROW IN FAITH AND COMMITMENT TO GOD.

*THE BREAD OF LIFE TODAY-- 14/09/2024*

*1 John 4:7-8*

"Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins".

*INSPIRATION ON TODAY'S VERSE*

First John 4:7–10 returns to the theme of love. Here, John explains how true, godly love in a person's life is a sign of being born again. Those who truly love God will act on that love, towards other people. Those who don't demonstrate love have no fellowship with God, at minimum.

God's love for us is unconditional and everlasting. He gave us the ultimate gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, so that we could be saved, love one another and spend eternity with Him. His love is so great that He sent Jesus to die for us, even when we were sinners. We don't have to do anything to earn His love; it has always been there. He gave us the greatest gift of all, and we are forever grateful.

*MY PRAYER*

Lord, your love and grace are infinite. Your righteousness and mercy come together at the cross. Help me to comprehend more of your reconciling love. I know you don't love us without condition, but because you are Love. You made us to be in relationship with you and gave your Son to restore it. I'm thankful for your love that I can feel every day. In Jesus' name,

*THE BREAD OF LIFE TODAY -- 05/09/2024*

*Ephesians 3:16-18*

"That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height".

*INSPIRATION ON TODAY'S VERSE*

Your inner man is strengthened as you spend time studying and meditating on the Word, and praying in the spirit, in other tongues. You also develop the right character and are able to do the things of God more effectively.

Paul asks for spiritual blessings, which are the best blessings. Strength from the Spirit of God in the inner man; strength in the soul; the strength of faith, to serve God, and to do our duty.

*MY PRAYER*

Lord, thank you for your strength and love that you have bestowed upon us. Your Word has been a source of power and guidance, and we are grateful for the faith and love of Christ that you have built up in us.

I pray that from Your glorious, unlimited resources You will empower us with inner strength through Your Spirit, that Christ will make His home in our hearts as we trust in Him, and that our roots will grow down into God's love and keep us strong, in Jesus name.

,*THE BREAD OF LIFE TODAY -- 04/09/2024*

*James 4:8*

“Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.”

*INSPIRATION ON TODAY'S VERSE*

James promised that when we resist Satan, he will leave. Here in verse 8, James calls us to draw near—to move closer—to God. This comes with an additional promise: God will respond by moving closer to us. That's an incredible act of mercy on God's part. The God of the universe owes us nothing, including His closeness.

We must come to God before we can overcome our sins. Many mistakenly believe they must first fix their lives before they can have a relationship with God and become a Christian. This is not the case; God is always ready to welcome us with open arms.

*MY PRAYER*

I come to You, Lord, through the cleansing power of Your Son's blood. I'm so grateful for Your grace and mercy. I no longer feel ashamed, knowing that I can come to You and receive Your love, grace, and forgiveness. Thank You for the life You've given me.

Forgive me for letting sin get between me and You. I want to draw closer to You more each day. Help me to surrender my thoughts and actions to You and with Your grace, I will reflect Your glory more and more as I become the person that You have created me to be *Amen*🙏🙏🙏

“The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger.”

*INSPIRATION ON TODAY'S VERSE*

In *Job 17:9*, Job expresses his confidence in the righteousness of the faithful, emphasizing that those who are upright and have clean hands will continue to persevere and grow stronger despite the challenges they face.

Let God be the driver of your life and you'll be free from stagnation. Don't dwell on the past, but look ahead and let God guide you. He has the power to push you forward and give you new ideas that will move your life forward. Let go of all that holds you back and trust in Him. He will bring you success and joy.

*MY PRAYER*

Lord, grant me grace to forgive & stay strong in You. Guide me away from temptation & help me progress. Break down obstacles & let me experience success. Move me forward in You. Amen.

*Deuteronomy 5:29*

“O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!”

*INSPIRATION ON TODAY'S VERSE*

These words of God *(Deuteronomy 5:29)* reflect God's great love for Israel and His desire that His people experience His blessing. The best interests of His people are deep in the heart of God. This view of divine compassion shows how the Lord's love focuses on what is best for His people.

God cares deeply for our wellbeing and wants us to follow His commandments. To do this, we must pay attention to His voice. We can do this by reading the Bible, spending time in prayer, and opening our hearts to His will. This will help us to obey His instructions and keep His commands.

Let us live in close relationship with Jesus and faithfully follow His Word in all we do.

*MY PRAYER*

Lord, we trust that you are speaking to us and we desire to listen to your voice. May your Kingdom come to our lives and our families. We entrust all our worries, tasks, and issues to you. May you bless them and all that surrounds us. We pray in Jesus' name. *Amen*🙏🙏🙏

*Hebrews 10:23*

“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised)”

*INSPIRATION ON THE VERSE OF TODAY*

*“For he who promised is faithful.”* The weight of our expectation is based on the promise of God. This theme of the promise of God runs through the whole sermon - letter to the Hebrews as the preacher expounds on the new covenant they are under.

Train your body and mind to stay devoted to God. Persevere and remain faithful to Him. He rewards those who love Him with the crown of life.

*MY PRAYER*

Dear God, I pray that I may hold fast to the confession of my hope without wavering. I trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will fulfill the promises you have made to me.

Lord, grant me the strength to stay true to the mission you have set before me. I will not be swayed by distractions, but will remain focused on the goal.

May your glory be seen in my actions and may I never forget why I am saved. *Amen*🙏🙏🙏
