SIMPLE MILK BREAD Recipe:
Ingredients;
🌹 4 cups all purpose flour
🌹 1 cup condensed milk
🌹 1 large egg
🌹 1 tbsp yeast
🌹 2/3 cup full cream milk
🌹 1/3 cup sugar
🌹 3 tbsp melted margarine
🌹 1 1/2 tsp salt
PROCEDURE:
🌹 Proof the yeast for 5 to 10 minutes by mixing sugar with lukewarm water/milk
🌹 Combine the yeast mixture and all other ingredients in a clean bowl until a stretchy dough is formed
🌹 Knead the dough for about 10 minutes
🌹 Allow to rest in a warm place for about 1hour
🌹 Once the time elapses,punch the dough to get rid of excess air
🌹 Mould the dough into smaller pieces
🌹 Transfer the dough to a baking pan and allow to rest for about 30 minutes
🌹 Then brush with egg wash or melted butter and bake for 25 minutes at 200 to 250 'F
🌹 For extra milky taste and flavor brush the baked bread with milk glaze
