ANSWERED PRAYERS: FEC APPROVES ₦156 BILLION FOR IGBOHO CRITICAL ROAD PROJECTS
A Historic Milestone for Oke-Ogun Zone
We are delighted to share the exciting news that has brought joy to the entire Igboho kingdom and the Oke-Ogun region!
Yesterday, 29th June 2026, the Federal Executive Council approved two critical road projects dear to our hearts:
✅ **Rehabilitation of Igbeti-Igboho Road: ₦82 Billion**
✅ **Construction of Igboho-Sooro-Kisi Road: ₦74 Billion**
**TOTAL INVESTMENT: ₦156 BILLION*
*why this matter*
For decades, our farmers, traders, and transporters have endured the hardship of deplorable road conditions. These long-awaited projects will:
- Unlock economic potential across Igboho and environs
- Strengthen connectivity to neighbouring towns and Kwara State
- Transform agricultural and commercial activities in the Oke-Ogun zone
