TOPIC: WITH GOD: ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE

TEXT: Luke 1:37

“For with God nothing shall be impossible.”

There are situations that may look impossible from the human point of view, but what is impossible with man is possible with God. Human strength, wisdom, and resources have limitations, but the power of God has no limitation.

Mary received a promise that seemed impossible according to natural circumstances, yet the angel told her, “For with God nothing shall be impossible.” The same God who fulfilled His promise to Mary is still able to turn impossible situations into testimonies today.

Perhaps you are facing a difficult situation, waiting for an answer, or trusting God for something that seems beyond your ability. Do not allow what you see to destroy your faith. Jesus said, “With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).

Therefore, keep trusting God. Keep praying and believing His Word. Your situation may be impossible to you, but it is not impossible to God. He can make a way where there seems to be no way.

PRAYER:
Father, help me to trust Your power even when my situation looks impossible. Turn every impossibility in my life into a testimony, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

TOPIC: THE LORD IS MY LIGHT AND MY SALVATION

TEXT: Psalm 27:1

«“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”»

There are moments in life when darkness, fear, uncertainty, and difficult circumstances may surround us. But as children of God, we have a great assurance: the LORD is our light and our salvation. When God is our light, we do not have to walk in confusion, and when He is our salvation, we do not have to live in fear.

The psalmist asked, “Whom shall I fear?” This does not mean that there will never be challenges. It means that no challenge is greater than the God who is with us. When the Lord is the strength of your life, you can face difficult situations with courage and confidence.

The Bible says, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me” (Psalm 23:4). God does not promise that we will never pass through valleys, but He promises to be with us in them.

Therefore, do not allow fear to control your heart. Trust God, hold firmly to His Word, and remember that the Lord is your light, salvation, and strength. No matter what you are facing today, God will see you through.

PRAYER
Father, thank You for being my light, salvation, and strength. Remove every fear from my heart and help me to trust You completely. Guide me through every darkness and deliver me from every evil. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

TOPIC: THE POWER OF THE TONGUE

TEXT: Proverbs 18:21

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

The tongue is one of the smallest members of the human body, yet it carries enormous power. With the tongue, we can encourage or discourage, build or destroy, heal or wound, strengthen someone's faith or cause someone to lose hope. This is why the Bible warns us to be careful with the words that come out of our mouths.

Some people use their tongues to speak words of fear, defeat, bitterness, criticism, and unbelief. Others use their tongues to speak encouragement, faith, hope, love, and the promises of God. As children of God, we must learn to use our tongues in a way that glorifies God and blesses others.

Isaiah 55:11 says:

“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

If God's Word carries the power to accomplish His purpose, we must understand that our words also matter. We should therefore refuse to continually speak negatively about ourselves, our families, our future, our ministry, or our circumstances.

This does not mean pretending that problems do not exist. Rather, it means refusing to allow our problems to become greater than our faith in God. Instead of saying, “I cannot make it,” learn to say, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Philippians 4:13). Instead of continually declaring defeat, speak God's promises over your situation.

The words we speak repeatedly can become the language of our hearts. Therefore, we must watch not only what we say in public but also what we say in private, especially when we are angry, disappointed, afraid, or under pressure. Many people regret words spoken in a moment of anger because words, once released, cannot easily be taken back.

Jesus also warned us that our words matter before God:

“But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.” Matthew 12:36

Therefore, before you speak, ask yourself: Is this word true? Is it necessary? Is it edifying? Does it glorify God? Will it build or destroy?

Today, make a conscious decision to tame your tongue. Do not allow anger, fear, frustration, bitterness, or negative people to control what comes out of your mouth. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you speak words that bring grace and life.

PRAYER:
Father, thank You for the gift of speech. Help me to control my tongue and use it wisely in the name of Jesus.

DAILY WORD OF LIFE
TOPIC: THE GOD OF ALL FLESH
TEXT: Jeremiah 32:27
“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?”

There is only one God who can do what no human being can do, accomplish what is beyond human ability, and make a way where there seems to be no way. His name is “I AM THAT I AM” (Exodus 3:14). He is the Almighty God, the Creator of heaven and earth, and there is none like Him. The God we serve is the God of all flesh. He is not limited by human strength, circumstances, time, or impossibilities. What is impossible with men is possible with God. Jesus declared, “With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26).

I may not know what you are going through today. I may not know the burden you are carrying, the battle you are fighting, or the prayer you have been waiting for God to answer. But there is one thing I know: there is nothing too difficult for God. He has healed the sick before, and He is still the Healer today. He made barren women joyful mothers, and He is still able to answer those trusting Him for the fruit of the womb. He has opened doors that seemed permanently closed, restored lost opportunities, provided for those who had nothing, and even raised the dead. The Bible says, “For with God nothing shall be impossible” (Luke 1:37).

Therefore, do not give up on God because He has not given up on you. Your present situation is not the final chapter of your story. Stay focused on God with all your heart. Do not allow the arrows of fear, worry, disappointment, rejection, delay, or difficult circumstances to destroy your faith. The enemy may use your present situation to make you doubt God's promises, but remember that God is greater than your situation.

Keep trusting Him. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep declaring His Word over your life. Even when you cannot see the answer, believe that God is working.

Perhaps you have waited for a long time. Perhaps you have prayed repeatedly and have not yet seen the manifestation. Do not interpret delay as denial. God's timing is not always our timing, but His faithfulness never fails. One day, you will look back and say, “See what the LORD has done!” What you have been waiting for will become a testimony. Your tears will turn into joy, your prayers into praise, and your battles into testimonies. Amen.
The God of all flesh will turn your impossibilities into testimonies, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

PRAYER:
Father, You are the God of all flesh, I surrender every battle, burden, fear, need, and impossible situation in my life into Your hands. Arise and fight every battle confronting me. Make a way where there seems to be no way for me in Jesus name. Amen.

DAILY WORD OF LIFE

TOPIC: SURELY, HE WILL DELIVER THEE FROM EVIL

Text: Psalm 91:3
“Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.”

The world is filled with evil and wickedness, but God has given His children the assurance of His divine protection and deliverance. The Lord is able to deliver you from every snare, trap, and scheme of the enemy. No matter what the enemy may plan against you, their plans shall fail.

When King Saul sent David to fight against the Philistines, hoping that he would be killed by them (1 Samuel 18:24–25), God preserved David. In the same way, the Lord will preserve you from every evil today, in Jesus’ name.

Do not depend solely on human beings or physical weapons for your protection. Instead, put on the whole armour of God and stand firmly in faith (Ephesians 6:11). Also, do not join others in doing evil against anyone, because righteousness keeps you within the pathway of God’s protection.

Prayer:
Father, keep me from evil all the days of my life. Let every plan and scheme of the enemy against me fail, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

TOPIC: COME UNTO ME

Text: Matthew 11:28
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

The words of Jesus in this verse are an open invitation to everyone who is burdened, weary, troubled, or overwhelmed by the challenges of life. Jesus knows exactly what you are going through at this moment. He sees your struggles, knows your fears, understands your pain, and is aware of the burdens you may be carrying silently.

That is why He is calling you today “Come unto Me.” Jesus is not asking you to carry your burdens alone. He is inviting you to bring them to Him because He has the power to carry what is too heavy for you. There are situations that friends, family members, colleagues, church members, or even those who love you dearly may not be able to solve. But Jesus is able to do what no human being can do.

Perhaps there is a matter that has taken away your peace, caused you sleepless nights, filled your heart with anxiety, or made you wonder how things will turn around. Jesus is saying, “Come unto Me.”

Do not continue carrying that burden when the Burden Bearer is calling you. Do not continue fighting alone when Jesus is ready to help you. Bring your fears, worries, disappointments, challenges, and unanswered questions to Him.

When you come to Jesus, you come to the One who can give you peace in the midst of the storm, strength in the midst of weakness, hope in the midst of despair, and rest in the midst of trouble.

Beloved, Jesus is still calling today: “Come unto Me.” Come to Him in prayer. Come to Him in faith. Come to Him with your whole heart, and trust Him with that matter that is troubling you. He is ever ready to give you rest.

Prayer:
Father, I come before You today with all my fears, worries, and burdens, I surrender everything into Your hands. Lord Jesus, take away every burden that is too heavy for me to carry and give me Your perfect peace and rest in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

TOPIC: THE POWER OF KINGDOM STEWARDSHIP TO SOAR
Text: Job 36:11

In the Kingdom of God on earth, we do not beg to be blessed; we serve in order to be blessed. We do not beg for promotion; we serve our way into promotion. Ex. 23:25-26; Deut. 10:20.

Kingdom stewardship gives you what money cannot buy, and what lobbying cannot obtain for you. Ps. 92:13-15.
Every call in this Kingdom is a call to serve God, and it opens doors to immeasurable and undeniable breakthroughs. Matt. 4:19; Jn. 12:26. Do not be a benchwarmer; be an addicted servant in the house of God. Mk. 10:43-45; 1 Pet. 4:10.

WHAT IS KINGDOM STEWARDSHIP?

Stewardship means the act of caring for or taking responsibility for the affairs of the Kingdom of God. 1 Cor. 9:19-23.
A steward is a servant or caretaker; someone who is put in charge or entrusted with responsibility for a period of time. 1 Cor. 4:1-2; Lk. 12:42-43.
Until you become an accredited servant of God, you cannot become a ruler.

Kingdom stewardship is serving God in the interest of His Kingdom in all ramifications. Matt. 6:33; Mk. 12:30.
Kingdom stewardship is not theoretical, but a practical and demonstrable commitment to the growth, expansion, and enlargement of the Kingdom of God on earth. Acts 15:35-36.

Your service to God should not be driven by a gain mentality, because every gain mentality reflects a slavery mentality.
Do not be title-conscious; be service-conscious. Matt. 20:25-28.

TYPES OF KINGDOM STEWARDSHIP

1. Spiritual Stewardship

This is the ability to manage spiritual responsibilities. It entails soul-winning, prayer, intercession for the salvation of souls, and the establishment of new converts in the faith, resulting in church growth. Dan. 12:3; Jn. 4:35-36; Neh. 1:4-11.

2. Physical Stewardship

This involves the tireless investment of time, energy, gifts, talents, and resources toward the expansion of God's Kingdom on earth. Prov. 4:23. It means serving faithfully in any unit of the church and using your skills and talents to serve God.
Who you are is God's gift to you, but your service to God is your gift back to Him.

3. Financial Stewardship

This means using your resources to serve and promote God's Kingdom. Prov. 3:9-10; 1 Cor. 4:7.

Conclusion
Serving God faithfully requires the help of the Holy Spirit. You need Him to strengthen you so that you will not become weary or tired. Jn. 14:26.

SCHOOL OUTREACH HELD TODAY AT PROGRESS INTELLECTUAL SECONDARY SCHOOL, OKE IGBO, ONDO STATE

Upper House Christian Faith Center School outreach programme was successfully held today at Progress Intellectual Secondary School, Oke Igbo, Ondo State, with the aim of enlightening and educating students on the topic "How to Become a Wise Student in the 21st Century."

The session emphasized that wisdom is not only measured by academic intelligence or excellence in school but also by making good decisions, maintaining good character, showing respect to others, and living a life that pleases God.

Topics Discussed

1. A Wise Student Makes Right Choices
The students were taught that wisdom goes beyond classroom performance. A truly wise student is one who can distinguish between right and wrong and make positive decisions that will shape his or her future. Students were encouraged to cultivate godly values and live responsibly.

2. Obedience to Parents, Teachers, and Authorities
The importance of obedience was strongly emphasized during the outreach. Students were taught that a wise student listens to and obeys instructions from parents, teachers, and other authorities. They were encouraged to avoid unnecessary arguments and develop a respectful attitude toward those guiding them.

3. Diligence and Hard Work in Studies
The outreach stressed the need for seriousness in academics. Students were encouraged to study hard, avoid laziness, and stay away from distractions that could hinder their academic progress. They were advised to develop a reading culture and maintain consistency in their studies in order to achieve academic excellence.

4. Choosing Good Friends
The students were informed that friendship plays a significant role in shaping one's behavior and future. They were advised to choose friends wisely and relate with people who possess good character, respect others, and encourage positive behaviors. They were also warned against bad company and negative influences that could lead them astray.

5. Avoidance of Bullying
The students were taught that a wise student should never bully others. Bullying in any form was discouraged because it creates fear, emotional pain, and unhealthy relationships among students. They were encouraged to show kindness, love, and respect to one another.

6. Avoidance of Examination Malpractice
The outreach also addressed the dangers of examination malpractice. Students were taught that engaging in cheating and dishonest practices during examinations does not build true success. They were encouraged to trust in their preparation, study diligently, and maintain integrity in all academic activities.
Impact of the Outreach

The outreach was successful and impactful. It served as an opportunity to guide and inspire students toward becoming wise, disciplined, and responsible individuals. The programme concluded with words of encouragement, challenging the students to apply the lessons learned in their daily lives and academic pursuits.
