𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗔 𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗥 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡?
This is one question every Christian should take seriously.
Some say, “Once you're saved, you're saved forever, no matter how you live afterward.” But that's not something to treat casually.
🔴 SALVATION IS A GIFT, BUT YOU MUST CONTINUE IN CHRIST
When you receive Christ, you receive eternal life. You become a new creation and are brought into fellowship with God.
But receiving Christ is the beginning of your Christian walk, not the end of it.
The Bible says:
«“As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him.” — Colossians 2:6»
You received Him—now walk in Him.
🔴 YES, A PERSON CAN TURN AWAY
God isn't trying to take salvation away from you every time you make a mistake. Neither should a Christian live every day frightened that one wrong action has suddenly erased his salvation.
But there's a difference between stumbling in your Christian walk and deliberately abandoning the faith, rejecting Christ and turning away from the truth.
That's why Paul warned:
«“Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.” — 1 Corinthians 10:12»
If falling away were impossible, such warnings would have no significance.
🔴 DON'T PLAY WITH YOUR SALVATION
Your salvation is more valuable than your money, career, popularity or accomplishments.
Don't allow offences, false teachings, worldly philosophies or the influence of other people to gradually pull you away from Christ.
Stay with the Word.
Grow in the Word.
Walk with the Holy Spirit.
Keep your faith alive.
Keep fulfilling God's purpose.
Christianity isn't about living in fear of losing salvation; it's about living consciously and continually in Christ.
Your salvation is priceless.
Guard it. Value it. Continue in Christ until the end.
