It is very obvious that almost 80% of our youth's are into Ma********on, even most of our old parents are even suffering from it as well, I have handled several cases whereby women and men of advanced age like 50, 60 and 70 are suffering from it. Ma********on is not something you can resist with your own power or your own strength, there is a strong spirit that always attached to it immediately you find your self as a victim of this, it takes the special grace of God and determination, strong prayers for that person to be free.
There have been numerous of people who tried so hard to quit and stop ma********on on their own self will but it was very difficult for them, now for you to put an end to this there are many procedures you ought to take, and this steps you have to take them so seriously if not you can never put an end to this. Please don't mind any pastor or Satan agent telling you that masturbatiion is good, even some will go to an extra miles and convinced you that it will make you stay away from s*xual immorality with multiple people and make you free your self when ever you are h***y, please don't mind them, that's the voice of devil speaking through them.

The spiritual side effect of it is that you will be opened to many demons of all kinds, demon's will now use you as a rest room in the realms of the spirit, you will be controlled by legions of demon's and they will be depositing evil in you spiritual. Spiritual you will be so low, you can't even stand to pray the way you want, you will always suffer depression at all times and your prayer life will be nothing to write✍️ home about. It will also make you to have numerous spiritual husband and wife, demon's will now see you as trash in such a way they can come and mo**st you any time they want, you will be facing poverty, ma********on makes someone to be moving backwards in life both spiritual and physical, the demon's attached to it are strong and wicked demon's and they do frustrate their victims to the core.
Now you might be asking your self ways to come out of this evil bo***ge, kindly follow the instructions am about to give you now and you will see change!
WAY'S TO FIGHT MASTURBATIION!
Num 1: you have to give your life to Christ first because that's the only thing that will chase and purse this evil being, when they see you are now closer to God so tight they will have no other options than to flee from you.
Num 2: try and avoid every form of erotic movies or pictures, what do I mean by erotic movie's or pictures? Erotic movies or pictures are those movie's or pictures that has s*xual content in them please you have to avoid them at all cost if you want to be free. Do you know why I asked you to avoid them by all means? If you keep watching them they will trigger your s*xual desires and organ and by which you are still struggling to put a stop to this masturbatiion this erotic content will now push you back to what you have been avoiding, so because of this avoid it by all cost.
Num 3: know the kinds of friends you are keeping, wether you are single or married, old or young, know the kind of friends you keep, do you know why? If you are keeping worldly friends they will be encouraging you and keep telling you that there is no problem with ma********on, the devil will use them to push you back to the world of ma********on again and before you know it you will start crying again, so because of this give them long distance gap at all cost, avoid them with your last strength.
Num 4: remove your mind completely from s*x if you are not married, but if you are married always stay closer to your wife or husband, try and be having a good time with him or her, but if you are not married try as much as you can to keep your mind off completely from s*x, do you know why? When you keep thinking about s*x and meanwhile you are still struggling with the habit of ma********on it will only lead you back to self satisfaction which is regarded as masturbatiion and before you know it you will start crying again, so always remove your mind completely from it.
Num 5: avoid touching your sensitive body organs, what do I mean by avoiding touching your sensitive body organs, if you are confused about what I mean here is it, the sensitive body organs I am asking you to avoid touching are body parts like your breast, your Manhood, your va**na, any of your sensitive body parts avoid touching or playing with them, do you know why?
Once you are still struggling with this habit of ma********on and you keep touching all this areas it will trigger your urge and before you know it you have ended up s*xing your self which is regarded as self pleasure or you call it ma********on, let your hand's always be far away from your sensitive body parts, there is a huge reason for that. Your body respond quickly when you are still suffering from ma********on, any little thing you body will be arose, that's why you need to be extra careful.
I know why am taking you to all this steps because it will definitely help you a lot if you practice all am telling you now.
Num: 6 give yourself to prayers and reading your bible always, it will channel your mindset towards God and before you could know it you will begin to forget about anything related to ma********on and the spirit of God will begin to occupy your mind set, when the spirit of God occupy your mindset you won't have time to think or practice irrelevant things or act!
Prayers destroyers evil acts in a man and allowing the spirit of God to take control, learn how to always pray, meditating on the word of God, this will channel your mindset towards the Lord and thereby removing your eye's and thinking Faculty from every evil act you entered knowingly or unknowingly!
Make sure you pray, don't let the sin of ma********on stop you from praying, it is through praying that God will have mercy and help you, once you apply all this I just mentioned make sure you also give your self to prayers, it will help you well well.
Try to have self control as well, it is a spirit try to know when it comes and rebuke it as fast as you can, delete every form of s*xual videos or pictures you have on your phone, when ever you see any stupid erotic video on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or else where please don't bother checking it just skip it, at the process of checking what the stupid erotic video is saying your mind set will be trapped down again, be wise and careful.
