A MATTER OF INTEGRITY AND SELF-RESPECT...... JEWELS UNDER THE SADDLE!!

Sharing a story that I heard yesterday at a workshop I attended. If it touches you the way it did me, please do share coz a story shared lives on forever. This story is for all of us.....
As an old Irish saying goes....
"Three apples fell from the tree. One for he who tells the story, one for he who reads/listens to the story and one for he who understands."

JEWELS UNDER THE SADDLE

Once upon a time, what happened did happen.....or you wouldn't be hearing this story!!
A merchant on a casual jaunt through a market, came across a fine specimen of a camel for sale.
The merchant and the camel seller, both skilled negotiators, struck a hard bargain. The camel seller pleased with his skill of worming out what he felt was a very good price, parted with his camel and the merchant chuffed that he had struck a fantastic bargain, proudly walked home with the latest addition to his large livestock.

On arriving home, the merchant called to his servant to come and help him take out the camel's saddle. The unwieldy heavily padded saddle being too difficult for the servant to manage on his own.
Hidden under the saddle, the servant found a small velvet pouch which on opening he discovered to be filled with precious jewels!!

The servant was overexcited!!! "Master you bought a camel.....but see what came FREE along with it!!!"

The merchant was astonished as he looked at the jewels in his servants' palm. They were of extraordinary quality sparkling and twinkling in the sunlight.
"I bought the camel" he said, "not the jewels. I must return them to the camel seller immediately."

The servant was aghast ..... his master was really foolish. "Master.....no one will know."

But the merchant headed right back to the market and handed over the velvet pouch back to the camel seller.
The camel seller was very happy, " I had forgotten that I hid these jewels in the saddle for safe keeping."
"Here, choose one of the jewels for yourself, as a reward."
The merchant said "I paid a fair price for the camel and the camel only, so NO thank you, I do not need any reward."

But as much as the merchant refused, the camel seller insisted.

Finally the merchant said, sheepishly smiling, " Actually when I decided to bring the pouch back to you, I already took two of the most precious jewels and kept them for myself."

At this confession the camel seller was a bit flabbergasted and quickly emptied the pouch to count the jewels. However he was very confused.
"All my jewels are here. What jewels did you keep?

"The two most precious" said the camel seller.

"My INTEGRITY and my SELF RESPECT".

How would you explain integrity to a young child?

Roger Jenkins explained it as "The ability to do the right thing or choosing to do the right thing when you could get away with doing the wrong thing."

1. Donald Trump self-sponsored himself throughout the campaign and election... the very first politician to have done that in the history of USA politics.

2. In other words... there are no SPECIAL INTEREST...GROUPS OR CULT that co-sponsored his election

3. Almost every Presidential candidate before his foray into the Presidential position solicited for his funds which he generously gave.

4. In his adolescence, he showed aggression to ladies due to wealth and immaturity.

5. Nonetheless ...the 45th President of the USA, Donald Trump is a complete "teetotaller"; he's a disciplinarian as none of his children drinks, smokes or has a dot of tattoo on their skin, same as Trump!

6. The only telephone call he picks under a tight schedule is calls from any of his children, albeit his grandchildren.

7. He was earning $220 - $250 million dollars monthly and now as President of USA, he earns "NADA"! I repeat $1 dollar because refusing to earn his income is a violation of the constitution; so he deliberately earns a dollar and donates his remaining $399 thousand not millions but $399 thousand dollars to charity every month, which means he will be TAX-FREE throughout his term as PRESIDENT OF THE USA. No American President has ever done it!!

8. It was accurately predicted that he would win the Presidency as far back as almost a decade ago.

9. He's extremely versatile in almost every subject but also a perfectionist.

10. He believes ABSOLUTELY in the HOLY CREED! He's anti-gay, anti-bestial, name it! That was why he couldn't keep a mistress, it's divorce and remarriage!

11. He has abrogated the Lindford Johnson law preventing Christian Organisations from ever campaigning for any candidate!

12. He has also removed and uprooted from the USA Whitehouse Website anything related to gay or be******ty.

13. He picked a hardline "born again" as Vice-President.

14. Because of his hatred for early termination of pregnancies! He believes abortion is death to a living human being and thus the USA policy by Obama to have your abortions done outside the soil of USA AND PAID BY THE USA was totally abolished by TRUMP!!

15. ISIS flourished under Obama's reign, Christians were slaughtered mercilessly all over the world, but under TRUMP, within a year (actually 10 months), ISIS now decimated in IRAQ and about to be annihilated in Syria but for the Russians!

16. Obama insisted that aid or military support will only suffice "if and only if" African Countries abolished anti GAY LAWS; conclusively, OBAMA DID NOTHING FOR AFRICA, nothing, NADA!! TRUMP has already donated warships to Nigeria and weapons to eliminate all forms of threats to sovereignty of Nigeria ...under 10 mths and about to assist in d repatriation of stolen funds from US Soil!

17. He's deeply at loggerheads with Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor for the policy of admitting 1 million refugees from the Middle East and as far as he's concerned, GERMANY IS ENCOURAGING TERRORISM by allowing a safe-haven for terrorists! This has made Merkel to soft-pedal! He personally went to the Middle-East to warn them that killing of Christians will not be tolerated and this as a fact has made Egypt to take threats to the Christians & native Coptics in Egypt to be protected.

18. The backlash has exposed Qatar as a terrorist state sponsor which has imposed AIR...SEA and several bans on the sovereign state.

19. The economy of the USA especially the STOCK MARKET came to its peak from the moment TRUMP was sworn in as President and constantly closes its daily trades in TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS!!! Never in the history of USA has that been achieved.

20. No special interest or group can do anything to him; that is why he TALKS ANYHOW TO ANYBODY OR GROUP!! He's not tied to any financial group which makes him calls a SPADE THAT SPADE!!!

21. No one is doing anything or even protecting Christians in the U.K except TRUMP!!
