Big moves are happening nationally! The Federal Executive Council just approved major reforms to reshape the NYSC into a powerhouse for skills development and entrepreneurship (Screenshot_20260702-054305.jpg).
​For us at Trinity Farm and Co. Ltd, this is a journey we began 15 years ago. Since 2011, we have stood side-by-side with the NYSC SAED program in Oyo State. Through our specialized Agro-Allied Skill tracks, we have trained over 10,000 young Nigerians, turning raw passion into profitable, self-reliant agricultural businesses.
​Led by Atiba Olanike Esther, our mission has always been about practical delivery. We don’t just stop at youth corps members:
​Undergraduates: We actively train and mentor IT students, giving them real-world business experience before graduation.
​Higher Education: As an Entrepreneurship Facilitator at the Federal School of Surveying, Oyo, I work directly with students to build mindsets geared toward wealth creation and modern workplace adaptability.
​Global Ecosystem: Today, we also operate as Business Advisors to international organizations, helping local farmers and agribusinesses structure their operations to meet international standards.
​The government's plan to focus on specialized career training and technology-driven deployment is exactly what we practice daily at Trinity Farm. We are excited to keep expanding these local opportunities into global impacts.
