1 Samuel 15:22 (KJV) ...Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.

​Consecration goes beyond merely laying aside what is vile. The making of an intercessor often demands that we lay aside legitimate things for the sake of the call. In this season, God is demanding total obedience and a refusal to be swayed by lying vanities or the pressure to manifest before our time.
