Advice to all employees
1. Build a house earlier. Whether rural house or urban house. Building a house at 50 is not a feat. Don't get used to government homes. This comfort is so dangerous. Let your whole family have a good time in your home.
2. Go home. Don't stay at work all year round. You are not the pillar of your department. If you fall dead today, you will be replaced immediately and operations will continue. Make your family a priority.
3. Do not run after promotions. Master your skills and be excellent in what you do. If they want to promote you, it's good if they don't, stay positive for your personal development.
4. Avoid office or work gossip. Avoid things that tarnish your name or reputation. Do not join the moving train that bites your bosses and colleagues. Get away from negative gatherings that have only people as a program.
5. Never compete with your bosses. You will burn your fingers. Don't compete with your colleagues, you're going to grill your brain.
6. Make sure you have a secondary activity. Your salary will not support your long-term needs.
7. Save money. That it is automatically deducted from your pay slip.
8. Borrow a loan to invest in a business or to change a situation not to buy luxury. Buy luxury with your profit.
9. Keep your life, your wedding and your family private. Let them stay away from work. It is very important.
10. Be loyal to yourself and believe in your work. Staying around your boss will alienate you from your colleagues and your boss could finally drop you when he leaves.
11. Retire early. The best way to plan your outing was when you received the job letter. The other best time is today. From 40 to 50 years old, be outside.
12. Join well-being at work and always be an active member. This will help you a lot when a possibility occurs.
13. Take days off, use them by developing your future home or your projects. Generally, what you do during your days off is a reflection of the way you live after your retirement. If it means that you spend while holding a remote control watching series and movies on Netflix, expect nothing different after retirement.
14. Start a project while still in service or working. Let your project run while you are at work and if it does not work well, start another until it works viable. When your project is working hard, retire to run your business. Most people or retirees fail in life because they retire to start a project instead of retiring to lead.
15. Pension money is not to start a project, buy a stand or build a house, but it is money for your maintenance or to maintain yourself in good health. Pension money is not used to pay tuition fees or to marry a young woman, but to take care of yourself.
16. Always remember, when you retire, never be a case study for living a miserable life after retirement, but be a model for your colleagues to also think about retiring.
17. Don't retire just because you are done or are now a burden on the business and just wait for your day to die. Take your retirement young or while being energetic to enjoy the alarm clock, to have a cup of coffee, to enjoy the sun, to receive money from your company, to visit a beautiful place that you missed and to have a good time with family. Those who retire late spend about 95% of their time at work than with their families and that is why they see it difficult to spend time with their family when they retire but end up looking for another job until they have no other job, they die early.
18. Retire to your home rather than government housing so that when you retire, you can easily integrate into the company that raised you. It is not easy to adapt to live in a place after spending more years at home or at home.
19. Never let your benefits make you forget your retirement. The job benefits are just intended to relax, finish while the weather is moving. Remember when you retire, no one will call you a boss if you don't have a viable business.
20. Do not hate to retire because one day you will retire either voluntarily or involuntarily. I hope this will help you see life positively.
