Every true Pastor has been chosen and gifted by God to take care of God's people. They are to feed them with God's precious word. they are to lead. They are to watch over them. They are to counsel them. They are to equip them to fulfill their destinies. They are to equip them to fulfill their ministries. They are to prepare them for a glorious eternity. And they shall give an account for every single soul that ever passed through their hands.
This is the major reason why we should pray for our Pastors and do all we can to make sure their work is easy. we are to cooperate with them. We are to submit to them. We are to support them in every possible way. And we are to win souls continuously, bringing them to church, that the church may continue to grow under the leadership of the Pastor.
