WHY INTERCESSION MUST BE DONE!
God would have destroyed the Israelites, but, Moses stood for them…
At a point, God didn’t want his presence to go with the people, but, Moses stood for them…
Much later, the Israelites would have been destroyed again, but, Samuel stood for them… (1Sam 7:5-13)
Satan wanted to take Peter even before his ministry starts, but, Jesus stood for him…(Luke 22:31-34)
The Colossians who believed would have backslided,
but, Epaphras stood for them…(Col 4:12)
Peter would have been killed like James, but, The Church stood for him…(Acts 12:5-9)
Samson wouldn’t have failed, if someone stood for him,
Demas wouldn’t have backslided, if someone stood for him…
If a brother can be standing in prayers for another brother many evil will be prevented and many good will come into existence,
If a sister can be standing in prayers for another sister, many evil will be prevented and many good will come into existence,
If a Pastor can be standing in prayers for his members, evil will be prevented, good things will happens and the church will grow,
Many Christian soldiers were lost because there was no one to stand in the gap for them…
Many future God’s Generals backslided because no one stood in the gap for them…
If we love one another and pray for one another, it will be difficult for the devil to pull us…
One person saved through intercession can become a mighty tool in the hands of God…
If the Lord Jesus didn’t stand in prayers for Peter, he wouldn’t have become the leader of the Apostles later on…
If the Church didn’t intercede for Peter, who would have preached the Gospel to the Gentiles? (Acts 10:34-48)
The best kind of prayer is a prayer of intercession…
The best kind of prayer is the prayer that doesn’t Centre on you but on others…
The best kind of prayer is not the prayer you pray for yourself but the one you pray for others…
Maybe if you start praying for others, your own answers will come…
If you stand for men in prayers when they are in trouble, God will raise men to stand for you in prayers when you’re in trouble…
May we not lose soldiers again because no one is praying for them…
May future God’s Generals not backslide again because no one is standing in the gap for them…
God sees and loves the brother or sister that intercedes…
God sees and loves the Church that intercedes…
God loves it when we pray for one another…(John 13:35)
God recognized Moses and Samuel as great intercessors…(Jer 15:1)
Samuel saw it as a sin not to intercede for God’s people…(1Sam 12:23)
God is looking for another Moses, Samuel and Epaphras…
God is looking for intercessors…
God is looking for those that can stand in the gap…
INTERCESSION MUST BE DONE!
