Today’s Sunday Service gave us the focus we need for the days ahead. We were reminded that our journey depends on where we place our focus and how we fight our battles. Pastor Remi Adeyemo shared on the theme "Provoke One Another," teaching us that we should not let our words destroy people, but rather use them to build people up.

We had a powerful time in service today as Pastor Remi Adeyemi shared on Metamorphosis, which is all about Transformation. Looking at Romans 12:1 to 2 and 2 Corinthians 3:18, we saw that God’s design is for us to be the "changers."

What we learnt about change:

📍 There can’t be change without sacrifice.

📍 You can’t talk about change without a hope in mind.

📍 Make sure you’re not stuck in vanity. Go for Glory, and even then, don’t stay on the lower level of glory.

Addressing the barriers that make change hard: Change isn't always easy, but we broke down the barriers today:

📍 Spiritual: The answer is the Holy Ghost. Let your personal goal be to get closer to God and help others do the same.

📍 Biological / Neurological: We must be purpose oriented.

📍 Psychological / Emotional: We need to reframe our perception of identity. Our identity is rooted in Christ.

📍 Social: This is an external barrier. To be a change agent, the revelation of crucifixion is essential. We need to get the right models, be persistent, and be accountable.

📍 Environmental: Sometimes you need to redesign your environment to increase the flow.

Remember: Records can be broken! Do not be afraid of your past or your present.
