Topic: PEACE OF GOD

Text: Philippians 4:4-7

Phil.4.4 - Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
Phil.4.5 - Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
Phil.4.6 - Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Phil.4.7 - And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

✅ Peace of God is the sign/badge that we have as the children of God.

John.14.27 - Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Luke 2:14, 2Cor 5:18-19

✅ *There is Peace with God and there is Peace of God*

Peace with God reconciles us and place us as an heir in the Kingdom WHILE Peace of God keeps you going and stable as a believer in what ever situation you find yourself.

✅ What happens around you does not affect the Peace of God within you.

The peace of God reminds you that you know your identity.

Our joy is dependent on our position. Things we have may finish but who we are we always remain.

✅ Many times, what we are afraid of NEVER later happens

✅ What can disturb your peace:
* Sin: this brings guilt. Hebrews 12:1-2
* Anxiety (Phil 4:6)

JESUS is the prince of peace, seek his help today.
