Many churches are active…
But not necessarily multiplying disciples.

Services are happening.
Programs are running.
But disciples are not being intentionally formed and reproduced.

That’s the gap this workshop is addressing.

The Disciple Makers Summit Workshop is designed specifically for pastors and church leaders who want to move beyond activity into intentional disciple-making systems.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

• Build a clear and repeatable disciple-making pathway
• Shift from program-based ministry to relational discipleship
• Equip leaders in your church to disciple others
• Create a culture where multiplication becomes normal

If your desire is not just church growth—but disciple multiplication, this is for you.

Pastors everywhere are asking the same question:

“Why aren’t we producing more disciples?”

The issue is rarely passion or preaching.

Often it’s structure.

Many churches try to produce disciples through:

• Sunday services
• service teams
• programs and events

But Jesus used a different model.

If you’d like to see a simple disciple-making blueprint that churches can implement, comment ANSWER and I’ll send it to you.

Dear pastor, you teach sound doctrine every week and still fail at disciple-making.

Do you know why?

The missing link ja obedience design. Is obedience intentionally built into your ministry structure or it’s all about knowledge?

You can preach powerful sermons and still struggle with transformation.

Disciples are formed in environments — not events.

Is your ministry relational or programmatic?

Most pastors focus on creating powerful, engaging, and rich content (sermons, syllabuses, curriculum, etc) with the hope that this will lead to internal transformation but we can see that despite the increase in the amount of amazing communicators and content we have today, we are seeing less and less disciples.

It is obvious that it takes more than ingesting great content to be a disciple of Jesus.

Discipleship is about spiritual formation and that takes intentionality. RAMPAGE Outreach helps leaders design that intention in the Disciple-Making Pathway Workshop. Link in bio

Running programs isn’t what produces disciples. You make disciples by designing pathways. A pathway is an intentional journey that you take people on. It is not just random activity that tries to force people to become something but a journey that leads to transformation and promises change from inside out. That’s what Jesus did with His disciples. That’s what we should do. We ought to guide people in the journey of being with Jesus, becoming like Him and then doing what He did.

If your ministry doesn’t have this clarity, then join me and other pastors and ministry leaders on the journey of discovering your own unique disciple-making pathway using the link in my bio
