WHAT IF…

the Church could reach more people, make more disciples and multiply faster…

One truth we must understand about disciple-making:

Transformation happens when obedience is activated.

Not simply when information is received.

Not simply when knowledge is accumulated.

Not simply when someone can explain a biblical principle correctly.

Truth has to become practiced obedience.

Think about it.

A person can hear the same teaching on forgiveness ten times and still hold on to bitterness.

Someone can learn everything about prayer and still rarely pray.

Someone can understand the Great Commission and still never make a disciple.

The problem isn’t always a lack of knowledge.

Sometimes the missing ingredient is obedience.

And this is why I believe our disciple-making systems need to create environments where people don’t just learn truth—they practice it.

Because the goal isn’t to produce better Bible students.

The goal is to produce disciples of Jesus.

People who hear His Word, obey His Word, are transformed by His Word, and eventually help others do the same.

So here’s the question I’d love for us to wrestle with:

What would change in our churches if we measured not only what people know, but what they are actually practicing?

I’d love to hear your thoughts.

We’ve made disciple-making far more complicated than Jesus did.

Many churches have discipleship programs.

Few have a disciple-making culture.

Jesus didn’t tell us to create more events.

He commanded us to make disciples.

That’s why I developed the SAFE Framework—a simple, reproducible way to help everyday believers become disciples who make disciples.

SAFE means:

📖 Scripture-Anchored – God’s Word shapes our lives.

👣 Apprenticeship-Driven – We learn by following Jesus together.

🍎 Fruit-Measured – Transformation matters more than activity.

🌱 Everyday-Reproducible – Disciple-making should happen wherever life happens.

The question isn’t:

“Does your church have discipleship?”

The better question is:

Are your disciples making disciples?

👇 I’d love to hear from you:

If every believer in your church intentionally discipled just ONE person this year… what do you think would change?

What if God has been speaking to you all along… but you didn’t recognize His voice?

God speaks in many ways—but He will never contradict His Word or His character.

The more time you spend with Him in Scripture and prayer, the more familiar His voice becomes.

✨ Watch the reel and let me know:
How has God spoken to you before?
