*MUFLIHUN TRAINS STAFF TO ADOPT PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION IN THE WORKPLACE, FULLY PREPARES TO RESUME FOR FIRST TERM 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION*

📚 In preparation for first term 2026/2027 academic session which begins on Monday, 14th September, 2026, staff of Muflihun Group of Schools resumed on Wednesday, 9th September, 2026 for staff seminar, subject allocation, preparation of diaries, lesson notes, teaching aids among others.

📝 In equipping them ahead of the task before them, a highly loaded Staff Development Seminar was organised by Muflihun management.

✍️ The presentation titled: *"Professional Communication in the Workplace: Promoting Respect, Teamwork and Excellence’’*
was handled by Dr Afeez Kolawole Ayinde who is an Applied Linguist, Educator, Author and Director of Prowess Educational Consult, Ibadan.

📙 The presentation which was fascinating, enlightening and thought-provoking equipped Muflihun staff with practical strategies for maintaining professionalism by: communicating clearly, respectfully and professionally, managing disagreements and giving corrections, handling difficult conversations and working collectively to achieve academic excellence.

📚 Other important aspects covered include: three pillars of organisational success, why professional communication matters, why does pragmatic competence matter in teaching profession, three cardinal aspects of workplace communication, know your students, manager correcting teachers with dignity and not in the midst of students, importance of teamwork, the route to excellent results, lesson note is teachers' map, managing the classroom physically and emotionally, result-oriented teaching to mention but few.

📕 On Friday, 11th September, 2026, special Digital Training was given to Muflihun Staff by the administrators of Scholaris apps and SmartEduHub. The training was beneficial and successful.

✍️ In his remarks, Muflihun Director, Ustādh Rasheed Haashim profoundly appreciated all the facilitators for professionalism displayed in handling the topics. He urged Muflihun staff to implement new things they might have learnt during the seminar. He promised that the school will not relent her efforts of training and re-training the staff for better performance. He added that Muflihun has fully prepared to resume for 2026/2027 academic session on Monday, 14th September, 2026.

*MUFLIHUN DISTRIBUTED GIFTS TO OUTSTANDING STUDENTS AS 2026 HOLIDAY COACHING ENDED SUCCESSFULLY*

1️⃣ Muflihun 2026 Holiday Coaching which commenced on Wednesday, 5th August, 2026 ended successfully on Friday, 4th September, 2026. Alhamdu Lillahi Rabil Alamin

2️⃣ It was mainly organised for Nursery 1 to Primary 5 and JSS 1 to SSS 3 classes. Non Muflihun students participated in the holiday coaching too.

3️⃣ In order to evaluate students who attended the holiday coaching, evaluation examination was held on Wednesday, 2nd September, 2026. Students were tested on what they learnt during the lesson.

4️⃣ On Friday, 4th September, 2026, holiday coaching report sheet was given to the students. Gifts were also distributed to the *BEST THREE STUDENTS* in all classes.

7️⃣ He then announced that Muflihun Schools will resume for 2026/2027 academic session on Monday, 14th September, 2026. He urged parents to start paying first term school fees now.

*MUFLIHUN STAFF TRAINED ON NELSON HANDWRITING IN PREPARATION FOR 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION*

✍️ All teaching staff of Muflihun Nursery and Primary School, Ibadan were trained on Nelson Handwriting yesterday Monday, 31st August, 2026 in preparation for 2026/2027 academic session which begins on Monday, 14th September, 2026.

📚 The Handwriting Workshop which was co-hosted by Muflihun Group of Schools and Al-Mumeen Standard Academy was held at Muflihun High School Hall, Muslim-Mosfala Road, Ajibola Street, Ibadan. Proprietors and educators from other interested schools participated in the workshop which was practical oriented and lasted for hours.

📝 The participants were thoroughly tutored by Coach Yusuf AbdulAzeez Owolabi, the Founder of Penmasters Academy and Handwriting Expert who has authored a lot of books on Nelson Handwriting for nursery and primary classes. The areas covered include: writing figures, line numbers, curve numbers, curve and line numbers, alphabet, capital letters, small letters, giraffe letters, monkey letters, short letters, number formation, joining letters together, principles of joining letters to mention but few. It was indeed a very educative and tantalizing workshop.

✍️ At the end of the workshop, the facilitator Coach Yusuf had another special roundtable meeting with the school proprietors and administrators where he gave them pieces of useful advice and suggestions on how to go about Nelson Handwriting in their various schools.

✍️ In his remarks, Muflihun Director, Ustadh Rasheed Haashim expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Coach Yusuf for honouring our invitation and drilling our staff. He extended his profound appreciation to the management of Al-Mumeen Standard Academy for co-hosting the workshop. He thanked other school proprietors and educators who participated in the workshop. He supplicated to Almighty Allah to continue elevating the status of our schools.

*MUFLIHUN PRINCIPAL ATTENDED A DAY ICT CAPACITY BUILDING OF MPG, OYO STATE*

✍️ Mr Sulaiman Waliyu, the Principal, Muflihun High School, Ibadan fully represented the school in A Day ICT Capacity Building organized by Minaret Professional Group (MPG), Oyo State Chapter for professionals across different fields in the state. The seminar themed: "21st Century Professional: You and Your Tech" was held on Sunday, 30th August, 2026 at Janub Office beside Ali Mosque, Shagari Boluwaji Area, Ibadan.

📝 The first presentation titled "Enhancing Creativity and Innovation in the AI Age" was delivered by Engineer Ibikunle Qasim from Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa while the second session tagged: "Digital Communication Skills for Modern Professionals" was presented by Brother Amanatullahi Ismail who is a B.Sc., M.Sc. and Certified Cisco Instructor. The two presentations mainly focus on:
👉 Importance of Technology in the 21st Century
👉 Different functions of AI;
👉 AI tools, their purposes and usage;
👉 Imperfections of AI
👉 The concept of Digital Technology;
👉 Digital Tools such as: Zoom, Google Meet etc. and their benefits;
👉 Cybersecurity among others.

📚 Interactive session, questions and answers, presentation of certificate to the participants, closing remarks and suspension prayer were other interesting activities at A Day ICT Capacity Building of MPG. It was indeed a big success.

*MUFLIHUN PRINCIPAL PARTICIPATED IN A DAY SEMINAR TAGGED: DIGITAL ADOPTION FOR SCHOOL GROWTH*

✍️ Muflihun Principal Mr Sulaiman Waliyu Akinkunmi attended a Day Seminar organized by Accessible Publishers Ltd. in partnership with Association of Model Islamic Schools (AMIS), Oluyole Chapter yesterday Wednesday, 26th August, 2026 at Best In Print Academy, Old NTC Complex, Iyaganku Quarters, Ibadan.

📝 According to Muflihun principal, the seminar focused on the importance of digital adoption as a strategy for school growth and development. Technology as discussed has become an essential tool for improving teaching, learning, school administration, communication, and overall competitiveness.

✍️ It was emphasized that digital adoption if properly implemented with effective leadership and discipline, it can improve:
- Learning quality;
- Parents' trust and confidence;
- Operational efficiency;
- School competitiveness and growth to mention but few.

📚 School owners and administrators present were urged to quicken adoption of a digital platform that improves both learning and school management. SmartEduHub was then introduced.

✍️ Questions and answers followed. It was indeed an interesting seminar most especially during the period in which Muflihun prepares to digitalize the school activities.
