🎗️ *CONSEQUENCES OF NEGLECTING GOD'S INSTRUCTIONS* 🎗️
Text:Jer 6:8-21

📜Be thou instructed, O Jerusalem, lest my soul depart from thee; lest I make thee desolate, a land not inhabited📜

Whenever man neglect God's instructions,there is always a huge purnishment that follows, especially if God has been warning such a person but yet he doesn't harken.
Obedience and submissiveness I say are very essential quality a child of God must have, because God will always give instructions and a good child of God must follow,but when a child of God decided not to obey the instructions of God,there is fire on the mountain.

And man is so stubborn and hard-hearted that disobeying God is so easy for man,even when God still warns,they will still disobey Him.

Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.
- Jer 4:16-
This is the message God is sending to us today and see our response to Him,we are still bold enough to say No we won't do it
This is also what most children of God are doing today,they decided not to go by the instructions of God, they are not ready to listen to warning and God is also shaking head for them in advance, because when the anger of God comes,who can bear it?

The consequence of neglecting God's instructions is that God will forsake and spoil such a person who neglect his instructions.
Jer 4:30--Men will call them reprobate and rejected silver [only dross, without good metal], because the Lord has rejected them.
There is no greater purnishment than when God forsake man.

Lesson derived: Obeying God is the only way we can survive here on earth and also in heaven,do not be decieved

Prayer:Father creat in me a soft heart that will always obey your instructions in Jesus name.

DAILY WISDOM
🎗️ *THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND* 🎗️
Text:Matt 10:5-16

📜And proclaim as you go, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’📜

Jesus Christ selected his disciples and after selecting them,he sent them on a mission of finding the lost sheep of Israel,and the only message He gave to them is "the kingdom of God is at hand", and he also told them different challenges that will come there way as they embark on that journey.

Jesus Christ is sending you and I also that same mission of finding lost souls, are you ready to go,are you not giving different excuses to exclude yourself from that mission, nothing should stop you from doing the work of your father,for the Bible says the harvest is many but the workers are few, you should try to join the workforce in the vineyard so that those harvest will not be wasted.

Don't be afraid of anything that is stopping you to preach the gospel, is it men,is it challenges , whatever it is ,do not be afraid but look up to Christ the author and finisher of our faith,who died for us so that we may live.
Jesus Christ died for all, we should work to populate the kingdom of God, we shouldn't waste the effort Jesus made to bring us to eternal life.

Lesson derived:Go and proclaim the gospel so that the harvest can be harvested home.

Prayer:Lord, I am ready to do the work which you have sent me,give me boldness and fill my mouth whenever I speak in Jesus name.

🎗️ *TRUTH OF HAVING ETERNAL LIFE* 🎗️
Text:Matt10:32-40

📜He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.📜

Jesus Christ explained some bitter truth about salvation and who is worthy of Jesus ( eternal life) to his disciples.
Today we will be checking those things that can make a man worthy or unworthy of Jesus Christ.

1. Inability to confess Jesus before men
Jesus said anyone who is ashamed of me and unable to confess me before men is not worthy of me,for I will also sent before my father in heaven.
Jesus Christ is our pride as a child of God,he brought grace so that everyone can be saved,do not be ashamed to proclaim the name of Jesus.

2. Loving your life,other people ( father,mother,son or daughter),or other things( properties),than Jesus.
Jesus told his disciples that anyone who loves others than him is not worthy of him.
Loving Jesus should be our priority,we should even love him than our own lives.
We should be ready to lose our lives in on earth and find it in heaven,we should carry our cross no matter how heavy or challenging it is and follow Jesus. Because Jesus denied himself of the right to live when he wanted to save us on the cross of Calvary,so loving that person that gave us everything including his life wholeheartedly is not bad atall.
Loving Jesus will help to follow him matter what.

Rejecting Jesus is the same as rejecting God
Being ashamed of Christ Jesus and denying Him,is the same as denying God.
He who fail to love Jesus,does not love God as well.

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Lesson derived: Jesus Christ is the way the truth and life,love him wholeheartedly and receive him wholeheartedly,then you will be saved.

🎗️ *SECRET OF LIVING LONG* 🎗️
TEXT:Ephes 6:1-3
MEMORYVERSE:Ephes 6:2-3
📜Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
3:That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.📜

God has given us various commandments that will guide our lives,and each commandments have rewards attached to it if obeyed and purnishment attached to it when neglected.

God gave us a key to live long on earth, and that is honour your father and mother,not just father and mother,but everyone that is older,the elderly ones.
Unfortunately,nowadays that commandments had been neglected which is making mortality rate increase.

Anyone who dishonour the elders or parent is going against the commandments of God,and when a commandments is being neglected,there is always a purnishment attached to it.

Lesson derived: Honouring our parent is God's commandments,do not go against it.

Prayer:Lord, every aspect that I have made the mistake of disobeying this commandments, forgive me and start guiding me in Jesus name

🎗️HOLINESS IN THE FEAR OF GOD🎗️
TEXT:2Cor 7:1-10

📜Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.📜

There are various types of being sorry for one's sin,a person might just be sorry and sad but it's not unto repentance.
The second type is after seeing yourself as a sinner, you are sorry and sad and you repent from all those filthiness.

Since you have made these promises of "I will never do that again,I have decided to follow Jesus",now cleanse yourself from the filthiness of the flesh and of the spirit.
Make sure you are clean and free from those filthiness.

Perfecting Holiness in the fear of God: make sure that you are strifing to be holy and you are perfecting in the fear of God.
Observing all the rules and regulations of God,that is the fear of God.
Keeping God's will daily.

Make sure that you are not just sorry,but be sorry to repentance, repent, change,put away those filthiness, let holiness be your watch word and you shall be saved.

Lesson derived:God is holy and we can only serve Him in a sincere holiness.

Prayer:Father,I am here before you this morning, I confess all my sin, I'm ready to repent, cleanse me and lead me in Jesus name

🎗️THE WORD OF GOD🎗️
TEXT:2Tim 3vs14-17
MEMORY VERSE:2Tim 3vs16-17
📜16:All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17:That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.📜

The word of God is not a one way teacher,it teaches us so many things for our perfection.
In the word of God you can discover so many things that no man could have told you,and if you adhere to it, it will change your life for the best.

Let the word of God he your daily food, through this you can make your way straight before the Lord, *the word of God is the lamp to our feet and light to our path*.

Without a lamp and light,how can you work in this dark world,infact it will be difficult to take some steps because there is no light to show you the way.

No wonder Jesus said He is the way, truth and life.He is also the light because He is the word of God.
Do not be decieved, abstaining from the word of God is like abstaining from the light that will show you the way,tell you the truth and give you Life.

Though the word of God might be harsh at times,do not be discouraged, accept it with joy and amend your ways, through this,you are walking towards perfection.

Lesson derived:The word or God gives instructions,correct,reproof all in righteousness to make us perfect.

Prayer: Father give me the spirit that will make me addicted to your word in Jesus name

🎗️WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU WANT?🎗️
Text: John 5vs5-9

📜The impotent man answered him,sir, I have no man,when the water is troubled,to put me into the pool:but while I am coming,another steppeth down before me.📜

There was a man at the pool of Bethesda,he had infirmity for 38yrs and yet no hope of healing.

One day , Jesus was passing by and stopped by him, and asked him this precious question that many people are expecting,wilt thou be made whole?,NIV version says,Do you want to get well?
But that man doesn't know what he wanted, instead of saying YES,he was complaining,but Jesus being merciful actually healed him because he wanted to,not because the man said he wanted to be healed.

Same occurs today in the lives of christians, when you are before your maker and he is asking you what you wanted, instead of saying what you wanted,it is complain that you give.
And that is because many people knows their problem but never knew what the solution is,instead of asking for the solution from God,they take the problem to God by complaining,that is why some people's problem is still there,not because they are not praying ,but because the don't know what to ask in prayer.

Are you not also complaining in prayer instead of asking?

When Hannah was praying in Shiloh,she didn't complain if how her husband's wife was humiliating her,she asked what she wanted directly,she knew that the solution to her childlessness is to be given a child, and she asked for a child and children.

Many people engage in fasting and prayer for days,only to get God and complain again when God is asking what they wanted.

Lesson derived:Father teach me how and what to say in prayer,let me identify the solution to my problem so I can ask and be answered in Jesus name

🎗️ PRAISE THE LORD🎗️
TEXT Psalm 100vs1-5
MEMORY VERSE: Psalm100vs4
📜Enter into His gate with Thanksgiving, and into his court with praise,be thankful unto Him,and bless his name📜

Praising God is also important in your service before the lord,you shouldn't be asking all the time,you should also sit down and think of all what God has done in your life and give Him praises.

If a child is always asking for things and he never thank you for the things you have given him before,you might also decide not to give him anything again.

But if there is another child that doesn't ask for much and he is always thanking you,you will always be eager to do more for him.

Praising God is not a waste of time, it is a way of pulling God's hands for more, learn how to give Him more praises.

Lesson derived:praising God is like asking Him to do more,be wise.

Prayer: Father the spirit of praise, God endow me in Jesus name
