There are seasons when heaven stirs the waters again. There are moments when God calls men and women from pain to purpose, from weakness to strength, and from waiting to manifestation.
The pool of Bethesda was a place of divine visitation, where impossibilities gave way to miracles.

This quarter, God is still visiting His people.
Come with your burdens, your expectations, your prayers, and your faith.

When you see certain people constantly misbehaving, meaning sin is normal for them, what they need is not counsel or condemnation, but that their hearts be ploughed. The plowing of the heart begins with prayer, followed by the preaching of the gospel of Jesus Christ to sinners. This is how the fallow ground (the sinners heart) is broken up.
Hosea 10:12 KJV,
Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

Jeremiah 4:3 KJV
For thus saith the LORD to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns.

The sower (a teacher, counsellor and believers) will continue to sow among thorns and achieve no good results until he has plowed the heart of such people.
