Today, our hearts overflowed with gratitude as we gathered to appreciate the faithfulness of God throughout our lives.

It was a beautiful moment of heartfelt thanksgiving, joyful praise, and sincere appreciation to the Most High God, who has preserved us, sustained us, and brought us this far. Indeed, if not for the Lord who has been on our side, where would we be?

We return all the glory, honour, and adoration to God for His unfailing love, mercy, protection, and countless blessings.

A new month brings new opportunities, fresh grace, and greater testimonies. We declare that this August shall be your month of divine favour, supernatural breakthroughs, abundant blessings, and victorious living in Christ Jesus.

As you step into this new month, may every closed door open, every burden be lifted, and every prayer receive speedy answers.

🔥 HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS 🔥

What an unforgettable evening in God’s presence at our Holy Communion Service!

We were richly blessed through the ministration of Pastor Samson Adewunmi (P. Sam), who shared a life-transforming message on “The Need for Divine Power.”

Anchor Scripture: Acts 10:38
“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good…”

One profound truth that resonated throughout the service was:

“Even Jesus, though He was God in human form, needed divine power to fulfil His assignment. If Jesus needed power, how much more do we?”

Five Reasons Every Believer Needs God’s Power:

⚡ 1. To do good
The power of God compels favour and positions people to help you fulfil your destiny.

⚡ 2. To live a victorious Christian life
Through Christ, we have victory over sin, defeat, and every work of the enemy. (Romans 6:13; 1 Corinthians 15:57)

⚡ 3. To shine forth in God’s glory
God’s right hand is full of power and authority, causing His children to stand out. (John 1:5; Psalm 118:1–3)

⚡ 4. To become effective witnesses of Jesus Christ
The Holy Spirit empowers believers to boldly proclaim the Gospel with undeniable results. (Acts 1:8; Acts 4:34)

⚡ 5. To establish God’s Kingdom and exercise authority over the works of darkness
Believers are empowered to demonstrate God’s reality through signs, wonders, and victory over demonic forces. (Mark 16:16–18; Matthew 10:1)

One statement that will remain with us is:

“What follows you is determined by the power that follows you.”

We also lifted fervent prayers that the same power that brought favour upon Jesus Christ would bring favour upon our lives, and that doors of opportunities would continually open before us.

We thank God for His tangible presence, the fellowship around the Lord’s Table, and every life that was renewed and empowered.

May the covenant of the Holy Communion continue to speak mercy, favour, healing, preservation, and supernatural power over every participant, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
