12 His eyes were as a of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew but himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called .
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth a , that with it he shall rule them with a of iron: and he treadeth the wine press of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Every success, failure, heartbreak, war is determined directly or indirectly before occurrence.
The ability to comprehend why you exist must basically be founded on the measure of what you intend to fulfill, if decisions made earlier were understandable enough, then the sky should be your limit.

Nobody wishes to fail, but failure comes when the focal point of every horizon is been shifted or thwarted.
Knowledge is easy to direct, and the labour of the fool wearied them alot. Yet wisdom when captured brings a proper performance of the creature awaiting the manifestation of the Sons of God.
The bible illustrates, "And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the of the Lord. Isaiah11:2

The measure of knowledge and the ability to ascertain what is right determines the result to get, "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and to depart from iniquity, that is understanding."

"There is a spirit in a man and the inspiration of the Lord gives them understanding."

A man, a child whose compass direction is God will follow the footstep of greatness to the landscape of success. No matter what happens, God strengthens him, and fills him to the measure of the stature of Christ.
That measure will bring favour, and such will rise to accomplish the God given task he needs to accomplish.

Wealth is good, marriage is very nice, properties and children are the heritage of God, but on the long-run, they are vanity. But wisdom, who can measure it, who can find her, for her measure is finer than Gold and silver, more beautiful than diamond.

Proverbs10:22-25
22 The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and adds no sorrow with it.
23 It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom
24 The fear of the wicked, shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted
25 As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more: but the righteous is an everlasting foundation.

Different destinies, different timing, some are in an hurry, some are patient, some are wise and some are c***y, but God who sees in the secret rewards every man according to their works.

Decisions made will either make you or mar you.

Basked in the confidence on an awaiting eternity, Job understood that in the end he will meet his Creator.
Though he was battered and chattered, his wife told him to curse God and die, Job never gave in. He never gave up, he knew his redeemer lives and that at the end of time, he would one day meet the Lord.
May I let you know in the last days, perilous times will come and men will be lovers of themselves more than the lovers of God?
The zeal for the things of God will depreciate in the heart of men, but today prepare to meet your God.

In eternity, millions upon millions of years will be observed and people who missed the rapture and who accepted the inscription of the beast will regret. They will wish they were given a second chance.

It is written, "for lo I behold both the great and small standing before the great white judgement throne naked and they were judged according to their works".

It is written, "for whosever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire".

I know your eternity is sure and determined, you have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and savior, and you won't be ashamed.

DAILY DEVOTIONAL BUILD UP

This continues a thought begun in the previous verse (Matthew 6:28). Jesus asked His followers why they would worry about clothing. He's not talking about trying to keep up with the latest fashion trends, though that does apply, in a sense. Nor is He suggesting that clothes aren't important. So far as His immediate audience was concerned, many legitimately did not know where they would get their next set of clothes.

Jesus, though, has been showing that worry accomplishes nothing (Matthew 6:27). Those who serve God can trust Him to provide; excessive fear over material things is a form of serving money, not the Lord. Christ points to the lilies of the field as an example (Matthew 6:28).

They literally don't do anything to provide for themselves, Jesus says. They don't work. They don't spin cloth to make clothes. Now He finishes the thought by saying they are arrayed in a beauty that is greater even than King Solomon.

Jesus' Jewish listeners would have known well the stories of Solomon's great and extravagant wealth from Israel's glory days (2 Chronicles 9:3–4). Not only was Solomon clothed in the best finery in the world, his kingdom flowed with gold and silver. He lived in great luxury. Still, Jesus insists, the splendor of the lilies' beauty surpasses even Solomon's, though they do nothing to put it on.
Jesus brings the point home in the following verse: God can and will provide what is "needed." That might not always be what we "want" (Matthew 5:3–12), but it is enough for us to accomplish His will.

His passion must burn my ambition
His glory must supersede my testimony
His death must be announced more than my existence.
His pain must heal the nations.
His clothes were ripped off and on Him was a shame non can go through, yet He has on Him the glory of the Father.
The hour has come for Him to be glorified.
That moment when all the nations must gather together to know the only one Son of the Almighty.
Not the image of some men shown for you to see. But we must behold Him with our inner eyes to see through like an opened veil the miseries of the eternal kingdom.
To the supernal image of the all first born, to the general Assembly of all the churches, so said all; 'Hail Him King of Kings, Hossana in the Highest"
And to Him that has an ear to hear, Amen.

There was darkness all over the land as it was in those days the dark age when God spoke no more. It's now 400 years as there was an age gap between the old testament and the new testament. The last prophet of the written scroll was Malachi.
Before then was a prophecy written about One who is to come. Whose soldiers the government will rest on. He will be called a counselor, his name will be wonderful and he will give his people rest all over.

John was the forerunner to proclaim the Gospel of light, and exactly at Bethlehem Jesus was birthed.
It was great and beautiful. The era of the gospel just began. Jesus met with John at Jordan. He was baptized as prophesied. It was the gospel of salvation he brought.
He is the way, the truth and the life.

“And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6

1.Paul had been confident (that is, he had full assurance) from the first, and he was still confident to that very day, of God’s continued work to transform the lives of the Philippian believers.

2.He refers to God; the good work refers to God’s salvation and continued perfecting of the believers. God’s goal for believers is that they be “conformed to the likeness of his Son, that [Jesus] might be the firstborn among many brothers”

3.Being confident of this. This assurance, built on the experience of the past, enables Paul and us to anticipate a reason for thankfulness.

4.God who began a good work of redemption in us will carry it on to completion throughout our lifetime and then finish it when we meet him face-to-face.

5.God’s work for us began when Christ died on the cross in our place. His work in us began when we first believed. Now the Holy Spirit lives in us, enabling us to be more like Christ every day.

6.God not only initiates our salvation, he guarantees its fulfillment. Ephesians 1:13–14 says “In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.”

7.Paul was describing the process of Christian growth and maturity that began when we accepted Jesus and continues until the day of Christ Jesus (see also 1:10), that is, when Christ returns.

8.Nothing in this life or after death can stop God’s good work in us (Romans 8:28–39).

“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, “For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:28-39)

9.Despite any persecution the church in Philippi or we might face, Paul was confident that God would continue his good work in them and us. Paul didn’t know when the “day of Christ Jesus” would arrive, but he lived as though it could come at any moment.

10.Variations of the phrase “day of Jesus Christ” occur only five times in the New Testament; three of those times are in Philippians (see 1 Corinthians 1:8; 2 Corinthians 1:14; Philippians 1:6, 10; 2:16). The phrase emphasizes the future day when Christ will return for his church, complete believers’ salvation, and give believers their rewards. The phrase “day of the Lord” (Amos 5:18–20; 1 Corinthians 5:5; 1 Thessalonians 5:2) has more of an emphasis on judgment.

“who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Co 1:8). “just as you did partially acknowledge us, that on the day of our Lord Jesus you will boast of us as we will boast of you. (2 Co 1:14). “so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, (Phil 1:10). “holding fast to the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor in vain.” (Phil 2:16).

NO “INCOMPLETES”

Do you sometimes feel as though you aren’t making progress in your spiritual life? When God starts a project, he completes it! As with the Philippians, God will help you grow in grace until he has completed his work in your life. When you are discouraged, remember that God won’t give up on you. He promises to finish the work he has begun. When you feel incomplete, unfinished, or distressed by your shortcomings, remember and be confident in God’s promise and provision. Don’t let your present condition rob you of the joy of knowing Christ or keep you from growing closer to him.

WHO’S IN CHARGE?

If your God is second fiddle to some higher power, then your God is too small. The God of the Bible is “sovereign,” an old word used to describe a king—and nobody has more power than a king. God’s sovereign action is the Christian’s belief that all of life, the good and the ugly, happens under the eyes and loving will of the universal ruler. Nothing happens that God does not know about. And while God does not approve of the evil people do, God controls even that and will judge it one day, as befits a righteous king. Be confident today that your life is fully in the hands of the sovereign God, who doesn’t miss anything and who loves you with the same boundlessness with which he rules all of creation.

Matthew 16:24
Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

He took up his own cross and followed the mission of his destiny. Are you called and chosen? Take up your cross and ignore the Criticism.
Take up your cross if you'll really follow Christ and ignore the shout of the CROWED.
There is a need for denial of self, remember? "I'm crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I but Christ lives in me..."
People all around you will want to discourage you, those familiar will wants to make a mockery of your ointment. You'll need to take up your cross daily and follow as a new born baby desiring the sincere milk.
Are you in the category of the "carpenter's son". They looked at him and said, " is this not the carpenter's son?". It was surprising they knew him personally and took that to heart. No wonder they never got anything special from God.

Jesus later led by example as he was led to Golgotha, it was something emotional as he was going to die for those who presently mocks him. Aren't you among the mockers today? You commit adultery, you ma******te, you steal, you lie often, you drink, you smoke, you womanize, you are fraudulent. You provoke people to anger, every damnable errors resides in you and yet you go to church and secretly you're an Antichrist. Are you not mocking Christ from the crowed point of view?
"Whoever will follow me, let him take up his cross and follow me".

Jesus won't fight for his right, he won't protest, no aluta continua, he won't destroy government properties. He won't lead a rebel group against leaders. He was Holy and humble.
Successful yet sober
Determined and disciplined
He won't allow anyone to cut short his ministry without finishing strong.
" he that will follow me, let him take up his cross and do so"
