Maybe you're waiting for God to give you something you don't actually need.
When God called Moses, He asked, “What's in your hand?”
Moses already had a staff.
David already had a sling.
Peter already had a fishing boat.
And a boy already had five loaves and two fish.
Again and again, we see God beginning with what people already have.
Their abilities.
Their experiences.
Their resources.
Their willingness.
Sometimes we think purpose begins when something extraordinary happens.
But perhaps purpose begins when we faithfully place what we already have in God's hands.
Your gift may not seem impressive to you.
Your experience may seem ordinary.
Your skill may feel insignificant.
But what happens when you make it available to God?
🧭 That's one of the questions we're exploring in GPS: Gifts, Passion & Story.
What's one gift or skill you already have that you could use to serve someone this week?
Share it in the comments. You might even inspire someone else to recognize what they already have.
