ENCOURAGING MINISTERS OF GOD
I received this letter from a colleague of mine and feel you need to read it too....
It is a great sacrifice how much you labor in the vineyard, Praying, Studying, Teaching, Counselling,
Comforting, Rebuking, Giving, Leading, Planning, Praising, Motivating, Writing, Visiting and all sort of ministerial assignments.
All of these services sometimes seem not to be yielding fruit... instead of the work growing, people are leaving the church ...
Sometimes, the ones you're praying for with vivid strength do gossip you...
On Top of all, the ones you taught, do fight you and plan against you, claiming same knowledge you taught them.
Sometimes, those ones you gave your all resources and Treasures leave you for being local, but you were not local when they came to you in need....
Sometimes, they are under your leadership team, but also in Absalom's camp, i.e. they belong to the group of pulling down....
Many days you go home hungry and none of them notice the dimness in your eyes, because you keep smiling, you still give good attention to their own challenges...
The evil deeds of other men of God is also part of the cases you face on daily basis... In jealousy, envy and bitterness of their heart...
This is to mention but few of what ministers of God go through in the course of their godly service without complaining.
When you see a pastor shout or make mistakes, it's not often because he does not know the truth, but the strain of this work is beyond human capacity,
Therefore, Don't be quick to judge any pastors or Prophets in charge...
But, He that called you knows all you are going through, he understand your situations and all the accusations so far. He factored all these in when He called you only to make you strong and fit for your assignment.
I therefore encourage all Brothers Or Sisters in the ministry to ensure they desist from knocking your pastors if you have nothing to edify them.
Hello yee pastors, always re
