That thing you call ‘God’s permissive will’ is disobedience dressed up in spiritual language?
How many times have you convinced yourself God said ‘yes’ - just because you didn’t want to accept His ‘no’?
No such thing as the permissive will of God. His “no” is no; His “yes” is yes.
Here is the truth behind what many call the “permissive will of God”:
God told you not to do something, but you insisted on doing it. So, you began to talk yourself into believing that God can allow you to do it. Because you wouldn’t listen, He remained silent. Then, you took His silence as a “yes” - or worse, a demon impersonated God and told you “yes.”
That’s what you call the permissive will of God. That's not God's will. That's manipulation.
If you follow that 'will', you're not walking in God's permissive will - you're walking in disobedience.
If God’s will is perfect, why would He need a permissive version - to what end, for what purpose?
Permissive will of God exists nowhere in the Bible. The only thing we have is the good, acceptable, perfect will of God - Romans 12:2
The Bible describes God's will as perfect, not permissive or adjustable.
Stop using Balaam to justify that misunderstanding.
God told Balaam not to go.
If God truly permitted Balaam, why did He send an angel to stop him?
If God really wanted to kill Balaam, why did the angel allow the donkey to see him?
Why didn’t God just strike Balaam at home, instead of allowing him to embark on the ungodly assignment?
Obviously, God never allowed Balaam in the first place. It was Balaam who convinced himself that God permitted him - because of his own greed.
God said no, Balaam insisted, and God allowed the journey to expose his heart - not because He changed His mind.
God’s “yes” is yes, and His “no” is no.
There is no such thing as the permissive will of God.
Stay obedient to God. Stop trying to manipulate things.
