Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

MEMO:

It has been quite some time since we last communicated. I trust that you are all doing well and that God's grace has continued to sustain you in your various areas of service.

The Office of the Lutheran Subgroups Organization (LSO) is pleased to officially inform all the National Leaders of the nine (9) Subgroups and their entire National Executive Councils that His Grace, the Archbishop, LCCN, has approved the long-awaited date for the National Leadership Orientation/Workshop/Seminar.

St. John's Archcathedral, LCCN Headquarters, Numan

Please take note of the following important information:

1. Attendance is compulsory for all members of the National Executive Council of every Subgroup. Any National Executive member who is absent without a genuine and acceptable reason may be regarded as having voluntarily given up his or her leadership position.

2. No representative will be accepted. Every National Executive member must attend in person. Anyone who sends another person to represent him or her may be replaced by that representative.

3. Arrival: All participants are expected to arrive on the evening of Wednesday, 19th August, 2026, as there will be important pre-workshop activities that evening. The main workshop will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, 20th August, continue throughout the day, and conclude on Friday, 21st August, with a closing ceremony ending by noon.

4. Registration Fee: Every participant will pay a registration fee to support the cost of feeding and other logistics. The exact amount will be announced as soon as the planning budget is finalized.

5. Dress Code: All participants should come dressed in their official Subgroup No. 1 Uniform for the official group photographs.

6. Outstanding LSO Annual Dues: Any Subgroup that has already held its National Convention but has not yet paid its annual LSO dues should com

The following format should kindly be adhered to:

During the forthcoming 28th National Annual General Assembly (NAGA), only the approved Boys' Brigade (BB) Casual Dress shall be permitted, This directive is strictly mandatory. Any participant found wearing an unauthorized or inappropriate casual dress will face disciplinary action in accordance with the regulations of the National Fellowship.

As we begin our Diocesan Annual General Assembly (DAGA), we pray that Almighty God will grant us journey mercies, a peaceful atmosphere, and a successful programme to the glory of His Holy Name.
