Jeremiah 46:17
“They cried there, Pharaoh king of Egypt is but a noise; he has passed the time appointed.”

Beloved, there is always an appointed time for everyone. A time for breakthrough. A time for destiny to be fulfilled. A time when ease and divine help arrive.

But what exactly is the appointed time?
It is the moment set apart by God for a specific purpose in your life. It is not random, neither is it accidental—God Himself assigns it.

The Word says in Habakkuk 2:3 that the vision will surely come to pass “at the appointed time.” Whoever remains in the will of God will see their vision fulfilled no matter how long it takes.

Now here’s the truth: you don’t know when your appointed time will come, and you don’t need to know. Sometimes, knowing the exact time would only bring impatience, pride, or discouragement. What matters is that you consistently walk in the will of God.

As you stay faithful, the day will come when you step into your appointed time. Suddenly, doors will open. The same work that once seemed fruitless will begin to overflow with results, results so abundant you won’t even be able to explain them. That is the power of God’s timing, it always exceeds expectation.

So, keep walking faithfully. Keep sowing seeds of obedience. When the appointed time arrives, nothing and no one can stop it.

DAILY OINTMENT

Topic: Take Root Downward
Text: And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall again take root downward, and bear fruit upward. (Isaiah 37:31).

What determines the life of a tree during a dry season is the depth of its roots. If the roots are shallow, the tree can easily wither during a dry season. However, if the roots go deep into the ground, even during a dry season, the tree remains connected to its water source and continues to bloom significantly.

In life, we all experience seasons where we need to deepen our roots. This season often precedes the bearing of fruit, much like a tree. The period when you are deepening your roots may not always be pleasurable. It can be a time when things seem not to be working, and you might struggle with various challenges. At times, it can feel like a delay or stagnancy. You may have lost your job or have not yet achieved your most cherished goals.

I want to emphasize that this season is not as negative as it may seem. It's the time when you are adding value to yourself, allowing God to mold you into the best version of yourself. It's a time for personal growth, acquiring the knowledge needed for your desired future, and being rooted in your faith, just like a tree's deep roots. This strong foundation helps you withstand the winds of adversity.

Remember that during this season, not many may notice your efforts, and you might face misinterpretation or challenges. But do not be discouraged. Similar to a tree's hidden roots, your deepening process is not always visible to others. God is working to make you what you desire, (Jeremiah 29:11), but He also wants you to be deeply rooted so that you won't wither suddenly when challenges arise.

Do not waste this season; embrace it and allow yourself to grow.

Prayer Point: Lord, help me to deepen my roots firmly into the ground."

The first power He gives you is KNOWLEDGE.
When you use this knowledge consistently, the next power is ABILITY.

When you keep doing what you KNOW (the first power), the process may be difficult because it requires effort and perseverance.

But as you remain consistent, ABILITY (the second power) will be supplied,
and it will become easier to do more — not to stop. 🤔
